I'm bored of it too, everything stopped dead right in the middle lee's storyline just as we were praising his acting for weeks a les pulling faces and GARRRing and the beales repeating the same lines over and over.

Why has Denise not mentioned to anyone that she saw Lucy that night? Wouldn't the police have questioned her as she was living in Ian's house at the time? Then the police would realise that Denise saw her AFTER Max did. OK, maybe Denise is scared coz she hit her. But there hasn't even been one scene of Denise, of her looking worried, of her asking Carol how Max is. She's just walking around oblivious. If I'd had a fight with a young girl and a few hours later she was found dead I'd be concerned. Is this part of the storyline ever going to come back?

How would everyone like to see this storyline conclude now? Jane to confess? Bobby to get found out? Max go to prison and the storyline never mentioned again?

maybe EE are too worried that if they let Bobby be 'punished' it'll turn into another tortured teen/child killer drama like with Ben.

Have a clue where to go with the Les/ Claudette story line. They've got themselves in a right muddle.
I'm taking back my original suggestion that she spanks him (too risqué) but cross dressing doesn't fit- why would be need her around? Surely most cross dressers would enjoy the thrill of dressing up alone? The annual gran canaria trip doesn't fit either. I'd be tempted by the suggestion upthread that they're drug running or disposing of bodies from hit men- except that doesn't fit with the fact Les let on some while ago that he's in debt.
He's got to be paying claudette for her services for it all to fit... But God knows what it is and why he can't come clean to paul.
And yeap, his acting is shit!

He will paying for claudette to relieve his stress somehow! He's mentioned several times (in his badly over acted 'I'm saying something of significance here way) that he finds dealing with grief very stressful. Claudette is clearly providing an outlet....

I've previously suggested that it could be an addiction but I'm quite liking the illness theory - there was a comment from the reporter about who would bury Les & he could be paying for some expensive treatment that requires yearly therapy & has Claudette go along for moral support. There could be some physio that helps him that she's learnt how to do & he doesn't want Pam to worry.

An illness seems likely and would fit with why he's keeping it secret from Pam, so as not to worry her, especially as she 'mercy' killed their son after he had a long illness. It'd be a boring anti-climax but I can see it happening. Do we know what Claudette did or does as a job?

I thought cross-dressing partly because he may feel ashamed about it so keeps all his female clothes at Claudette's as there'd be nowhere for him to do it alone, like most of them do. Maybe she buggers off somewhere for a bit while he wears the clothes. I'm now hoping it isn't cross-dressing because although E.E have never done this story before, the Les actor just can't do dramatic scenes properly.

The outside restaurant is part of Beales (that is what Ian's latest restaurant is called right?). There's been a couple of other scenes there.

I think Cindy will end up staying but this is Liam's exit.
I'm enjoying Jane's descent into madness. I think she's playing it very well.
