We should just have a standard "les's acting was crap" post on repeat for each episode he's in. Do you think MNHQ could arrange that for us? It was save a lot of effort Grin

southeastdweller · 11/08/2015 21:12

I liked Dean's joke tonight and I can't bring myself to hate him - I never have done, and I feel a bit uncomfortable about it but I suppose that's what the writers want. Does anyone else feel the same?

Mrsjayy · 11/08/2015 21:17

Nah he is a creep i still hate him

SheHasAWildHeart · 11/08/2015 23:52

It's the hipster beard.

Blondeshavemorefun · 12/08/2015 10:48

What was the joke?

LittleBearPad · 12/08/2015 10:53

He'd close his salon and join Buster on the fish stall for the 'halibut'...

DH's favourite moment of the episode. He was far less complementary about Ian at the end

Jasonandyawegunorts · 12/08/2015 10:57

What was le's opening line?

"GAAAH gar ahhhh, car key van cook eggs"

Jasonandyawegunorts · 12/08/2015 10:58

les's

SuperFlyHigh · 12/08/2015 11:08

Les' acting (and casual clothes) is shockingly bad. is it meant to be that bad?!

Roxy and Ronnie convo:-

subject is a horrific white t-shirt with a pastel owl in sequins (BOAK)

Roxy to Ronnie - 'do you like this new top it's not too much is it?!'

Ronnie: where did you get it? (i think she said that).

Roxy - 'some shop in Shoreditch'. (no shops in Shoreditch wouldn't sell that tat).

SheHasAWildHeart · 12/08/2015 11:26

Dean as Roxy's boyfriend, running his own salon that always seems full of customers, buys her an owl t-shirt from the market :/ Although I am aware that is the least of Dean's crimes.

Who is this Auntie Gina that Ian is sending Liam and Cindy to? I have a soft spot for Liam, just because of his hair style.

Les was being extra odd yesterday. What is this awful secret he can't tell Pam eventhough be apart from her is hurting him? Remember when Tamwar and Jane had a secret? And it turned out they were doing stand-up comedy?! Will it be bonkers like that or a proper, proper secret?

LineRunner · 12/08/2015 11:32

It's going to be such a shit secret that I bet we'll all be furious. Grin

Fakebook · 12/08/2015 11:41

Jason that did make me laugh Grin. He does seem to do a lot of "aaaarrghh yaaahrrrr nyaaagghh - ing".
Why does he talk like that?! Does he talk like that in RL? If not, what on earth possesses him to do it? Confused

I can't believe the Bobby secret is out...gradually more and more people will find out. Then it might become one of those secrets everyone knows about but doesn't talk about.

What if les is married to claudette? Maybe he was married to her before he married Pam? Is he a bigamist?

MagpieCursedTea · 12/08/2015 12:04

Les looked down at his clothes at one point when he was talking about him and Claudette. I still think they're using him for the transvestite storyline. It's going to be awful.

SuperFlyHigh · 12/08/2015 12:07

oh it was a market stall buy present from Dean... Smile

Fakebook · 12/08/2015 12:08

But where would claudette fit in with the transvestite story? Was she a man once? Nhhpjjjjbkmn

SuperFlyHigh · 12/08/2015 12:09

I preferred the episodes when Shirley went down to the caravan and came back with Buster and Mick followed her (have I got that right?) - I like Shirley. Buster still not sure, the way he warned Kim's boyfriend (forget the name) off the Mitchells was a bit Hmm

Bobby oh Bobby!

SuperFlyHigh · 12/08/2015 12:10

Fakebook - d'oh she helps him with his fashion sense innit?! no honestly no idea how Claudette fits in, but she's 'such' a trusted friend isn't she?

MagpieCursedTea · 12/08/2015 12:15

Maybe she does some sort of role play with him? Maybe he's into that adult baby stuff???

SuperFlyHigh · 12/08/2015 12:21

the thing is Magpie 'Enders can't be out there can it - I'm sure if it was dungeon style dominatrix a la Jamie Theakston (never got over that found him quite fit before!) they couldn't air it, watershed and all that.

SuperFlyHigh · 12/08/2015 12:21

aarrgh can't do italics.

MagpieCursedTea · 12/08/2015 12:32

Yeah, if they got that much stick for saying bastard, I can imagine adult baby fetish wouldn't go down too well!

Fakebook · 12/08/2015 12:37

Adult baby thing sounds plausible. That would explain the "nyaaaaa aaaarrrggghh uuuuuiuhhhhhh - ing" before every sentence.

differentnameforthis · 12/08/2015 12:56

RedCrayons A pop up, you say? Hmm

ArtfulPuss · 12/08/2015 15:46

You can't just buy somebody else's child a one-way ticket to the other end of the country!

London Zoo seemed a strange choice of outing for Charlie and his 7-month-old baby in the middle of the summer holidays. If DH had suggested taking DS1 at that age, during peak tourist season, I think I'd have questioned his sanity gently discouraged him.

ArtfulPuss · 12/08/2015 15:48

If it's not a Les/Claudette affair (I have never thought it was), why doesn't he properly deny it to Paul? 'It's more complicated than that' just makes him sound guilty as charged.
