Series 2... filming starts Jan 2016

Mm (thigh rub). I thought I already seemed like a mentalist anyway. As I literally walked to up to this one and said 'can I have my photo taken with you' that was all I said. He did looked a bit shocked but he was laughing more in this shot as DH couldn't work my mobile camera properly.

Well as we speak (or type) I'm more or less tipsy as drinking cider and there'll be loads of serviceman right now at Newcastle Airport staying overnight. I should get myself down there.

The collar of the combat top just totally reminds me of CJ though.

Blimey kelly you were restrained, i would of ditched DH and asked combat man to show me his "thrust".

I love the sound of the Eurofighter typhoon thing, makes me all goosebumpy.

I know rich I should've. It's beginners error. I was blinded by the combats.

You could've just asked for his top - for research purposes, of course!

Your DH was very accommodating taking pics ... and I bet he would probably have been too busy with the camera to have noticed what you were up to!! (btw, he looks really nice too!) Is it on tomorrow? Maybe you should go back to another try?!

Thanks nickel he'll be pleased for the compliment. DH is very good it has to be said over my OG/BA/CJ/service uniform obsession.

It is on again tomorrow. It's supposed to be heavy rain tomorrow. Although if I go and soaking wet, I could try and find RAF guy and get him help dry me off.

I've got an idea pix Why don't we all get a quick flight up to Newcastle and just storm the servicemen's digs. It would be like an investigation free for all.

I'm in (but over the limit to get to Stansted)! Wet combat trouser competition here we come!

Despite living near a military base I've noticed a distinct lack of combats lately :(

The closest I get to combats is DS cadet friends, maybe the squadron leader.... I have to close my eyes, and just imagine!

Which military base do you live near nickel?

Kelly you certainly seem to have had a great day. Beats my pruning in the garden (no euphemism pixie, don't go there). Sweet dreams tonight?? Another ff update (she says hopefully)?

When I used to work for British Aerospace (who make the Typhoon jet), the test flights would make the pictures on the walls of the office vibrate. You got to know which aircraft was taking off by the noise and the way the pictures would vibrate but the Typhoon was the worst. You would often see the test pilots (who were all ex-RAF) or even the RAF pilots themselves striding across the runway.

The noise of the Typhoon is pretty loud (understatement). I think it's louder than the Tornado GR1. Twin boys were scared and kept putting their hands over their ears!

I remember you mentioning your job you had. It does sound incredible. I think I would probably get the sack the first day from all the gawping.

I'm nearly finished an updated chapter of Surprise Destination tonight ilove. It's strange writing about this story again after doing the one-shots.

Ooooh goody Kelly and don't forget I'll be on Harpenden railway station in a couple of weeks. I need to look out for CJ that morning!!! Oh I forgot, he will be flying into Heathrow so long as ice keeps her promise and doesn't kidnap him .

I can do that for you Kelly. The friend I am going to France with gets fed up of the number of photos I take I think so she won't think it unusual if I take a photo of the railway station sign! I'll say it's to start off the holiday photos.
