Thanks all! Sorry if the lack of down and dirty action was a bit of a let down. I didn't think this version of CJ would have succumbed after managing to wait out so long, so tried to keep it fairly close to that.
Never say never, but I'm not planning on doing any more with it at the moment .

Gosh, these one shots are popular at the moment. Greenstuff has just uploaded one. A bit different for her too.

Been in the garden most of the day cutting back and pruning. My arms are aching now and my shoulder (where I've had the cortisone injections) is just about holding out. Think I deserve the rest of last night's wine with my tea.

What has everyone been up to today?

ice when are you off to Ireland? Will you be able to return CJ to me for 10 August? He needs to be at St Pancras station for 10 am (or better still, Harpenden where we will be staying overnight by 8.30 am). Guess you might need to put him on a flight to Luton or Heathrow if you don't mind.

We fly back to Manchester on the 10th.... I'll put CJ on the Heathrow flight that morning

Wow *Rich" the actual shop! Apart from being full of coffee-what was it like inside? Were the staff there when OG was being filmed did you ask?

I had a brilliant day. We went to the Sunderland Air Show. The weather held out and was sunny for most of the day but when we were watching the Red Arrows it started pelting it down so we got a bit wet! We also saw the Eurofighter Typhoon-I think that's the new jet one. I got all goosepimply imagining CJ flying it! Plus the Spitfire and Hurricane and saw the RAF Parachute Team which were great. I'm sure they had less planes flying than previous years but nevertheless still very good.

The exciting bit!! I went round the exhibitions and was on the hunt for CJ lookalikes. There weren't many of his exact calibre but plenty others to enjoy looking at none the less with lovely combat uniform on. I spoke to 2 guys-I think they were both Army and asked if I could have my photo taken with them and they said no problem. One was a young guy but the photo DH took was a terrible one of me but the slightly older guy I saw worked in Catering Corp but he was gorgeous in RL. His photo doesn't do him justice but apart from the hair being different, he had CJ's height and was just generally yummy. (Think of CJ in ten years time.)

An army guy-he looked to be a quite high rank. Very very nice in RL.

An army helicopter. Reminded me of maybe transporting CJ??

DD made me post this pic of me and DH as she took it and she said in her words 'send it to the ladies'.

I love the BBMF too. Apparently the Lancaster couldn't turn up as it had an engine fire in May in the air and it hasn't been repaired fully yet as they cant work out why it started.

It was very nice pix to be standing next to combats. I would have loved to have asked, could I have a quick feel (of the clothing!!) but I thought with DH standing there-probably a bit dodgy.

I think I would've been tempted to go in for a thigh rub Kelly if I was absolutely pissed and shameless

I can't believe you didn't cop a feel the combats ... surely you could have had a sneaky rub stroke (ok, everything sounds wrong!!!) ....
