This implies that it's just a kiss between Sally and Kev. I hope so.
If Sally and Tim are split up, it really shows that the writers and producers have not got the slightest clue about who or what is popular with the viewers.
I guess that is evident in all the nonsense storylines anyway, but this would really convince me.
I would love to see Sally and Tim getting married, Sally in full on bridezilla mode, Tim being his usual laid back self.

How come so few people are at the funeral? You would think they would have stumped up for a few extras.

It's the funeral of one of soap's most iconic characters and still the writers have to include the Platt's and Callum.

Like Sparkling, I was unmoved by that episode.

Why oh why do we have to watch these stupid scenes with Bethany Platt or though I feel that they should be Pratts not Platts!!

Bad enough winding in a stupid story about Tracy and Ken being at loggerheads, during the funeral, but sticking in scenes with Callum and Bethany ...

The whole Tracy thing and the Bethany / Callum crap is making a mockery of a long-standing character's death. Shame on the writers.

I had no idea Tracey was married so this storyline has come out of nowhere for me.

I actually liked the applause as thought that was for Anne Kirkbride. That's the only bit of the Deirdre storyline that the writers have got right. Shameful.

This should have all been about the funeral today. It should have gone smoothly IMO. However in the writers defence maybe they thought about what Ann would have we wanted and maybe she would have wanted her death to contribute to a series of story lines rather then a straight forward (and maybe boring funeral). However, the Callum and Bethany stuff should bhave been left iut, just for today at least

Nice to see Emily's friends again. I think they could do a lot with them and I liked the references to Blanche. Has Amy had a personality transplant? I agree with pp, didn't touch me at all really.
