Hello ilove. Glad you had a good time. I know CJ isn't that keen on gardening, but surely you persuaded him to help you with a spot of hardening off?

And yes pixie you'd be right if you assumed I'm a fan of big balls. In fact I'm an amateur topiarist and quite skilled in ball shaping. My avenue of big balls has often been admired woof is dead jealous but does require constant attention. I've been clipping them this afternoon as a matter of fact.

ilove I imagine your confab with nickel would have been gibberish to any eavesdropper Grin

Ilovelblue · 25/06/2015 16:34

Richtea I am jealous of those lovely peonies too. I've never been able to grow them successfully. When a friend's mother died a few years ago, she gave me a huge clump of them prior to selling the house and the leaves come up each year but there have never been any flowers.

CJ came round to the idea of horticulture to be honest orphan. He said what he liked the most about his UK tour was the variety of interests we have and which we have involved him in though he did go rather pale when we were out on Monday night and saw a Scotsman in his kilt. He muttered something about you and Richtea having mentally scarred him for life. He did say however that he's considering hiring himself out as a wedding escort. I think it was the free champagne he was after really!

Nickel and I were giggling like teenagers so you were probably right that our chat was all gibberish but as I said, the place was full of rich oriental ladies carrying lots of shopping bags so they were more interested in all their bargains than our conversation! It was really nice to meet up with her. Who would have thought this time last year we would be sitting in a cafe talking to each other about a drop dead gorgeous fictional character?

cherin · 25/06/2015 16:45

Well the actor is (or was, depending on his gym attendance) drop dead gorgeous....the character too but you can't have one without the other ;-)

Speighty33 · 25/06/2015 17:25

Oh my, I just had the pleasure of speaking to a solicitor that I'm dealing with who had the most amazing soft clipped posh voice that our fav man has. Talk about velvety. I was leaning back in my chair imagining that he looked just like BA when in reality probably nothing like. Ah a girl can dream :)

orphan · 25/06/2015 17:30

woof has updated and in the interest of health and safety, make sure you're well away from hot liquids and tighten those pelvic floor muscles before reading.

I think you've got BK down to a tee though woof , or at least that's how I've always imagined her too. Grin

orphan · 25/06/2015 17:32

Hehe speighty hope it was a swivel chair you were in! Are you likely to meet in person? You never know he could live up to the filthy imagining ...

Speighty33 · 25/06/2015 17:36

Ha ha Orphan as a matter of fact I was, well two actually sat in one with my feet on the other ;) Sadly not, I think my filthy imagination will stay in tact. Think I must have to dust the DVD off tonight

orphan · 25/06/2015 18:38

Ooh two swivel chairs speighty! You do like to live life to the max don't you?! The vice squad may have to pay you a visit.

Nickel45 · 25/06/2015 18:42

It was so fab to meet up with ilove yesterday ... Sorry, RL intervened, pretty sure no one near us could understand much English let alone what we were talking about! Hope your throat is better though xx

CJ was a very good passenger on the way back ... Well, he was very quiet, so you either completely wore him out or he was in a sulk? Luckily I'm used to ignoring sulky kids so, no problem there!

Think I might have to take full advantage of national cream tea day tomorrow, and I might even have a scone and jam cream tea too.

moojangles · 25/06/2015 20:29

Ooh Bicester, almost on my turf!!!
Crazy work RL week, soooo much to catch up with

moojangles · 25/06/2015 20:32

Premature posting. orphan, enjoying the hazel osmond books

LolaKent14 · 25/06/2015 20:37

Woof I bow to you! Hilarious update!!!

orphan · 25/06/2015 20:54

mooj oh I'm glad; they're great aren't they? Which have you read?

If you like those then you'll probably enjoy Sarra Manning. She's a prolific teen fic writer but has written a few for adults and they're really good. Can't remember if I've mentioned them before but It Felt Like A Kiss has a hero who looks wise could be CJ and an excellent QS scene in Paris. And have you read the Mhairi McFarlane books?

moojangles · 25/06/2015 21:05

Did the mhairi mcfarlane on your say so, read the Mysterious Miss Mayhew, Who's Afraid of Mr Wolfe and Playing Grace. Sarra Manning it is next then, you give very good recommendations

orphan · 25/06/2015 21:05

whaj wonderful update. I can't wait for CJ to find out what Molly did at the hearing. And I'm still in love with Lottie.

orphan · 25/06/2015 21:10

You've still got another Hazel Osmond to go yet - The First Time I saw your Face mooj. Smile

pixieg1rl · 25/06/2015 21:37

Fantastic chapter woof, although based on your description of orphan I think we may be related. Was your mother anywhere near Ipswich 9 months before you were born?

KellyHb · 25/06/2015 21:40

Evening all.

No word on BA signing up yet then.

Just finished taking my Dad food shopping. So tired now. Watching FSOG on DVD has worn me out from earlier. Forgotten from watching it at the cinema that you can see the top of Jamie D's todger in some scenes. Very agreeable Smile.

WHAJEB1 · 25/06/2015 21:50

Thank you orph, oh to have a child that can sort out your relationship with CJ! you've reminded me about sarra manning, I'd forgotten to download!! The other author I've liked is Sarah Mason esp the 'party season' good humour and a CJ alternative Grin

orphan · 25/06/2015 22:04

Ah but that would be PeterJames Grey, the delectable body double's todger kelly !

KellyHb · 25/06/2015 22:13

Ah so PJG was the todger double too. How very noble of him. Imagined that the interesting scenes were of Molly/CJ.

I saw a tweet from someone today that said:
With no Molly=Theres no CJ=No Our Girl. End of.

Bless that sounded like me on Saturday. Confused

Ilovelblue · 25/06/2015 22:26

Nickel I don't think I wore CJ out as I wasn't exactly 100% fit, was I? Reckon it's more likely he was sulking? Did he not say he wanted to drive? I've decided I don't mind him driving because it's quite a turn on watching those gorgeous hands on the steering wheel. Still don't want him to think he can drive without asking though. You know the "I'm a man therefore I am better behind the wheel of a car than any woman" sort of approach.

Caught up on all the ff now but haven't left reviews as yet. Whajeb I am loving the relationship between CJ and Lottie. I keep picturing CJ with her as we have seen BA on his FB page with that baby.

WHAJEB1 · 25/06/2015 22:30

Thank you ilove you gave me an excuse to look at that picture for research Wink

Ilovelblue · 25/06/2015 22:31

Kelly is your Mum doing ok with her treatment?

KellyHb · 25/06/2015 22:51

Ah, thanks for asking ilove, its her second day of radiotherapy today and I don't think it went too badly. She's very frightened of it all and the chemo which she starts next week but the doctors have given her calming tablets to take so she's been a bit more, calmer for want of a better word. A long road ahead but she'll keep going.
