Got a confession to make: not only did I deliver CJ personally to Nickel but in real life, we genuinely met up today! My friend and I were intending to spend a couple of hours at the Bicester shopping outlet as it's a convenient stopping off point on our journey back north and Nickel is within fairly easy reach, so we arranged to meet. She'll vouch for the fact that my voice kept disappearing and I was swigging cough mixture. My friend conveniently agreed to go shopping on her own for an hour or so!

It was so lovely to be able to put a face to a name and to be able to talk face to face about the joys of CJ/BA and the madness that is this thread.

Really must get to bed now.

Haha pixie, I hope Nickel enjoyed it as much as I did. My aim is to meet BA next but I fear there may be a queue for him!! I don't know what any eavesdroppers would have made of our conversations but fortunately for us, the majority of the shoppers in the cafe we chose were foreigners (lots of oriental ladies with bags full of designer labels) so I think our conversations went unnoticed.

Anyway pixie this photo is for you. I took it at Wisley yesterday and thought of you when I saw it.

Just thinking if MD isn't in it, then her screen family won't be either. Those poor actors who played Molly's mum and dad and mad nan will all be out. That's a real shame. I bet they're disappointed...

Morning. Well there's probably room for a few more Corrie exports to play Corporal Georgie Lane's family. Possibly Rita could be her new Nan or Roy Cropper her slightly odd uncle complete with shopping bag! As for the rest I haven't watched Corrie for so long I'm not sure who's still alive there.

Last time I watched Corrie Hilda Ogden was in it.

By alive I was referring to characters. I was aware that Anne Kirkbride had passed away. I will confess to once going on a Granada Studios tour and gracing the cobbles at the time that Deirdre was in prison and I do have both a Rovers Return and Deirdre fridge magnet! On the tour you always met one of the Corrie stars and we met Tina Hobley - I think she was in Holby for a long time. We also saw Roy Cropper walking around - what excitement! Actually the Baker Street Set for Sherlock Holmes was pretty good as well. My mum did look through the letter boxes and yes there was nothing the other side!

Anyone seen discussions of the day topics? TV Couples - who did you over-invest in? Do we all go on there and confess?

OK - I've done it for the team and put up a confession on that thread! Nothing to be embarrassed about there - plenty of other strange confessions.

This is turning into a bit of a one woman show - so I'm off to do the stuff on line that I was really supposed to be doing but will pop back later - so watch out!

I was just thinking I'll miss Dave in his pants too. I wonder who the Northern version would be? Johnny Vegas??

Still suffering with my cough and disappearing voice so have spent this morning catching up on the fab ff and the 20 pages of this thread I had missed out on since Sunday. I think I have just about got the gist of what people think of MK!

I texted my Bailbrook House friend whilst I was away to mention casually that OG was coming back but with MK not LT. Her immediate response was "MK is too sexy". I had to laugh. I'm generally useless about celebrity stuff and this is probably the first time ever I could tell her something she didn't know about a TV programme. I think she devours magazines like Hello and OK on a weekly basis.

I did track it down only to be reminded of Dr Mark Greene dying in ER. God I was totally in love with him.

I didn't stick around to see if anyone mentioned Sam & Annie in Life on Mars. I've been re watching it in the last few weeks and I'm loving it all over again.

Good to have you back ilove, it's like going back months ago with all the discussions about plot, what's going to happen etc, etc. Can you imagine what we are going to be like when the full cast is announced!!!
