OK, after freaking the bejaysus out of me with the weird trailer / advert I am intrigued and looking forward to giving this programme a viewing.

(I will have to record and watch later as I will be watching Messrs Strange and Norrell.)

Anyone else looking forward to it and hoping it lives up to the hype?

Inspector synth is certainly "better at pretending to be human" than most of the synths we've seen - but I don't know if that means she's conscious or just a "more advanced version with different programming".

Ooh I found you all! Really enjoying this program. A lot of the same themes as ex_machina which I've watched recently, too.

I clocked the detective this episode. It was the way she said good morning to the other detective in the very same tone Anita uses. They also focused on her making slightly stiff movements I thought.

I don't reckon the detective has a motive, except to be hidden?

I thought Niska put contacts in so other synths wouldn't ask her why she isn't sharing data.

From what Matty did to Anita I reckon Mia is still in there, but I'm not sure whether she is concious of being Anita iyswim?

My dd does an excellent Anita impression. But I have been told not to do my impression of Laura which sounds like 'someone who doesn't like Ed Milliband doing a bad impression of him'

I guessed the detective synth pretty early on because of her almost translucent skin and the uniform colour of her eyes. By that reckoning everyone with clear skin and fake looking eyes is a synth. Although Leo is a bit grubby looking so he def has some human in him.

Sorry if you thought it was a spoiler. It wasn't meant to be. I tried to mention only the things that had already been shown in "Humans" or that had already been commented about in here.

I also agreed with AGnu's analysis, but will only know (as everyone else) if AGnu was right or not when they show the rest of the water-related images that Anita "remembered" or "accessed" in "Humans" episode 1.
