Hated Dean roxy line too I mean ewwwwww. Surely any woman would think twice, then you have abuse to her sister and her daughter and she still chases after him. Made me feel sick.
I thought him saying punish me not her was him saying to buster he did rape Linda? He certainly did a forlorn look up to the pub on the way back.
Wasn't sure if buster abs Shirley were any actual item or he was just supporting her, then when he chased after carol at the bingo and after though ok so he's single. But then Shirley went mad, confused!

Buster probably didn't know if Shirley was ever coming back. I predict the storyline will go something along the lines of...
Buster: "I know Dean raped Linda."
Shirley: "But I promised him I'd support him. I can't let him down again."
Jade will get miraculously fast-tracked into Dean's care I give it a week & Dean & Shirley will leave with Jade in tow to start a new life somewhere. Buster & Carol will get together... Then she'll die of breast cancer because they missed a tiny cell or 2 of breast tissue, or he'll get cancer, or their house will blow up.

Though I have a suspicion that when Kathy had Ben with Gavin, he was quite a few years her junior...I don't know why, but I am sure he was said to be quite younger.

Tbf shurl was in the bar he is only a few years older than shirley he wasnt 18 he was underage shurl could have lied about her age but i hate all the underage pregnacies in E E E too shirley, carol, Linda cindy , and poor Kat im sure there is more

Buster will reveal that he knows Dean raped Linda. Shirl will go on a bender and turn into EE resident bag lady living in allotment shed , leaving Buster to cop off with Carol and adopt Jade (once Ronnie has got rid of Dean).

I loved Paul Nicholas as Vince in JGF! I hope he's good in this.

I still think Deans comeuppance will be Shirley losing faith in him and cutting ties with him. He has mummy issues so her abandoning him again will be his worst punishment.

Trying to set Shirley and Buster as a great love story across the years is a bit much. Phil was the love of her life ten minutes ago.

I do like Buster though, I hope he's staying.
