I thought about it at the time when they named Sharon's father

Can someone please explain who this Gavin is?

Was interesting to see the solicitor tell Sharon she thought it a good idea she stopped searching for her BDad whilst looking pointedly at something across the street.

Gavin is Kathy's gangster husband who we haven't seen yet.

I wonder if Carol leaves soon because she finds out Bobby killed Lucy? Because she can't face dobbing him in, and can't face seeing him and the other Beale's every day? So she let's Max take the rap because she knows that telling the police about Lucy would mean Bobby having his life ruined.

I was also wondering how she can afford to pay that solicitor.
