I'm a few episodes behind but I saw an episode last night where Carol went round to Max's house and saw the mess for the first time. As she was standing in the doorstep there was scaffolding etc up at the opposite end of the terrace (the Doctor's surgery) and she made a comment about developers getting their hands on that property and new neighbours. I'm getting Kathy and her gangster end up living there.
