Hey everyone. Well had my gym induction after years of wanting to go in one.! The gym instructor wasn't as CJ lookalike though Sad I go back tomorrow to hit it hard! There's a TV on the treadmill in front of you and I was imagining getting sweaty in Lycra while watching CJ on TV!! I wish you could get scratch and stiff TV's. Mm imagine that.

I agree with Jen that something must be in the offing esp if TG's been tweeting those pics. I hope! It's just the fact of not hearing anything. Wasn't there a plot someone had suggested on a ff review that said a good story would be for CJ and Molly to have Christmas in Bath together, but then fall out, molly to serve overseas but get captured by Badrais relatives and CJ in his different platoon go to rescue her, then rescue her, start getting it on in a tent (tent was my input thinking of Jens involved story) go home get married Smile . that's the prob when the ff has been so brilliant.

Talking of bond, Adele and the skyfall song came on TV there. I could imagine LT as a bond girl with BA but before saving the world they have to get it on every 3 minutes Smile .

pixieg1rl · 16/06/2015 15:11

orphan ginger bearded Fassbender

I wouldn't kick him out of bed for farting as they say, but not sure he's Bond.

Soz orph but I'm with pix he's not Bond. This one is a definite maybe.

Suggestions for Guy Pearce as new Bond. He'd be good. Very intense and looks fabulous in a frock.

icemistOBE · 16/06/2015 15:33

Ooh guy Pearce would get my vote Smile
Mind you I like Patrick Dempsey too

Oooh, I do like the thought of patrick dempsey, he's hawwwwt.

cjwoofwoof · 16/06/2015 16:17

Nay, nay and thrice nay, ladies, you can't have a yank or Aussie playing James Bond! Utterly unthinkable. Got to be British or at a push Irish (PB was very nice on the eye when he was first Bond). Otherwise I'd be pushing for Manu Bennett oh no not that beefcake with great buns again or Antony Starr yes please

How about a comedic JB like Alan Carr??

pixieg1rl · 16/06/2015 17:14

According to this article George Lazenby was an Aussie. Has there been an English Bond?

pixieg1rl · 16/06/2015 17:18

Ah yes, Roger Moore and Daniel Craig were both born in England.

orphan · 16/06/2015 17:19

pixie you're not looking at the right pics! These are much better...

Ah but Sean Connery was THE Bond!!!

pixieg1rl · 16/06/2015 17:26

But orphan on the basis of beard colour I'd say he has ginger pubes. That's all I'm going to think about from now on.

orphan · 16/06/2015 17:26

No to Patrick Dempsey. There's something just a bit 'blowsy' about him. Might be the hair. Guy Pearce is fit body but is a little bit pig like, facially.

cjwoofwoof · 16/06/2015 17:30

Ditto orph a bit porcine for my liking. I like my pork in other places, not facially Grin

orphan · 16/06/2015 17:31

But pixie Michael Fassbender is rumoured to be particularly well endowed. In one of the hacked Sony emails, an exec said he "just makes you feel bad to have normal sized genitals". Sounds like my kind of man, ginger pubes or not.

orphan · 16/06/2015 17:33

Yup, woof Fassbender packs his pork in all the right places.

orphan · 16/06/2015 17:53

I do love greenstuff's stories. She's a brilliant writer and I've really enjoyed her latest. Sad it's coming to an end, but knowing how prolific she is, I hope there's another story in the pipeline.

Ilovelblue · 16/06/2015 18:06

orphan I am supposed to be going out but just had to catch up on Greenstuff's latest upload. She's great, isn't she? She was so lovely to chat with on the phone. I think she said she had something else in mind for later.

CJ in the sand dunes....mmmm. Sounded pretty chilly though!

orphan · 16/06/2015 18:26

Have to say al fresco cream teas are rather nice. I have dim and distant memories of some pleasant picnics..Blush Now, its more like "Pass the Sausage roll" and sadly that's not a euphemism.

pixieg1rl · 16/06/2015 19:27

MrP is very PDA averse. I don't even get to open my scones, let alone have them nibbled. Smile

moojangles · 16/06/2015 19:29

Definite 'ja' for Fassbender

Rhubarb01 · 16/06/2015 19:31

Using my not over forty years of age criteria to allow multiple Bond appearances whilst still of droolworthy appearance, sadly Richard Armitage is too old (43) although would be perfect for possibly one outing as Bond. Michael Fassbender is Irish/German I believe and meets the criteria at 38 and in other ways as well from what you have said! Orphan what about Rupert? He is 33 and might look the part? BA would probably be at least 30 before filming began on the Bond outing after Spectre - perhaps we should lobby for him - goodness we could get 15-20 years of typecasting for him on that basis. As for Guy Pearce - sorry definitely not (47) and as old as Daniel. DL by the way is 44. On that basis it's Michael or Rupert - job done I'd say.

Richtea19 · 16/06/2015 19:50

It's a yes from me for Fassbender, did anyone see the interview on Graham Norton with him, Hugh Jackman and my man James McAvoy, brilliant!

SoEverybodyDance · 16/06/2015 19:51

Hello everybody, coming in from the cold (sorry RL overload, Internet avoidance)...

Orphan perhaps 'pass the sausage roll' could turn into 'hide the sausage roll' with a bit of prosecco?

Pixie my ds has the same problem with asthma. If we end up in A&E (quite frequently as I am a panicky mum) and he gets an inhaler overload, they put us in the waiting room for half an hour or so to see if it's working. He gets hyperactive and starts bouncing off the walls and everyone looks at us in sympathy as if ds has adhd... I feel for you, you must be exhausted.

I'm all for BA as Bond, if he can be a bit rougher, a bit more untameable... If he doesn't get it this time, perhaps he'd be too old the next time it comes up...

KellyHb · 16/06/2015 19:59

Rich Fassavoy are my favourite bromance. Those two on the Graham Norton show was hilarious esp when GN showed people's drawings of them being flirty with each other. Smile. There's some funny You Tude vids of Fassavoy from other interviews.

Random question. Does anyone think BA/LT keep in touch just you never see them tweet each other? I hope they do. Hmm
