Ditto to that woof!!!

pixieg1rl · 15/06/2015 23:10

Whoever keeps recommissioning Mrs Browns Boys is first against the wall come the revolution.

moojangles · 15/06/2015 23:12

Well said pixie

cjwoofwoof · 15/06/2015 23:20

Can Gregg Wallace and John Turd also be lined up next to Mrs Brown pix ? Also the gluttonous critics on Masterchef who snaffle three lots of each course then call it shit?

KellyHb · 16/06/2015 00:00

Thanks guys for opinions. Ice I hope you're right and everything's set and its just for LT to agree. Pixie you made me laugh about the revolution comment. Smile just thinking about BA/LT not acting together again as CJ/MD makes me feel sick. (Silly, I know) He could be posted to a different platoon? I was thinking as BA/LT has the blue tick hidden tweet thing, maybe they do know something and have been tweeting each other? I hope they have stayed in touch.

Love the #teamjames photo this morning ice

Just picking up on the bbc commissioning etc. here, here with Mrs Brown and ditto about master chef. Boring TV. There is a dedicated Food channel, that's where master chef belongs! I would be very surprised now if there was a second series of OG, TBH I'm not that bothered. I would love to see CJ back on our screens but having read all the marvellous FF I'm not sure the story/plot would be worthy of what we have already read.

Ilovelblue · 16/06/2015 08:24

Back at the docs again. Suspect another lay back and think of CJ moment. Hope she's on time today and doesn't want to film it! Haha.

Dizzydots · 16/06/2015 08:30

Cant stand Mrs Bs boys either and 100% agree Rich - though would absolutely love to see CJ/MD on our screens in anyone of the fab ff stories we've all been treated to (too many favs to choose from but for me Misunderstood, In the Long Run, Kinship would definitely be in the running)

Dizzydots · 16/06/2015 08:35

Uurgh ilove, feel for you. thinking of CJ never a chore though Smile. Did you book him to come racing with me?

cjwoofwoof · 16/06/2015 09:44

Stop Press! The Sausage is being tipped as a possible next James Bond!! Idris Elba still favourite but odds on DL have been slashed after a flurry of bets. Hmm not sure about a ginger Bond. Now Idris I could handle literally and quite like the idea of a black Bond, but after seeing The Sausage naked in that Caracas hellhole in Homeland I don't believe the Bond girls would be swooning. But if they took him to the AT school of scything gym for six months first...

icemistOBE · 16/06/2015 09:51

Oh no he's not a Bond at all!!

Rhubarb01 · 16/06/2015 10:09

So is it definite that Daniel Craig doesn't want to do any more?

I have to agree that as much as I like DL as an actor he's not right for Bond and I don't think he'd do it anyway. They need to cast someone in their mid to late thirties with a bit of longevity for the role. They always seem to cast people over forty - of course there is nothing wrong with being over forty but they never seem to stay long in the role or after three films they start to show their age. Think Pierce Brosnan, definitely dear old Roger Moore - surprised lovely Ian Ogilvy didn't get a shout in the seventies but I expect that was all down to Roger hogging the role too long and spoiling his chances. I expect he talked to you about that didn't he woof

orphan · 16/06/2015 10:29

Sorry have had to take some painkillers on hearing The Sausage may be the next Bond. Rupert's seething and I'm had to watch him stab some Richmonds in a jealous rage.

I agree though that Daniel Craig is past it now. He's not aging too well and the last pic I saw of him he looked rather haggard. But still, The Sausage...No, no, no!

orphan · 16/06/2015 10:37

rhubarb dear Ian was rather bitter about being passed over and had a tendency to sulk whenever Bond was mentioned. Of course, woof and I were very nearly in the films. I was going to be a Bond girl, Lady Garden, a chic and glamorous aristocrat and woof was Herr E. Pelmet, a transgender East German villain.

Dizzydots · 16/06/2015 10:39

Eeew NO very definitely shaken not stirred at the idea of 00DL

cjwoofwoof · 16/06/2015 10:42

Personally I think BA should get himself on Barbara Broccoli's casting couch and do whatever it takes to secure Bond for himself.

Poor dear Ian missed the boat unfortunately, Rhu due to orphs Axminster carpet burns showing in naked scenes. Plus of course he found the tuxedo too itchy.

cjwoofwoof · 16/06/2015 10:47

Now Idris in a pair of budgie smugglers I could tolerate, DL in a well fitted tux possibly maybe, in low light, but BA definitely a yes, yes, yes.

cjwoofwoof · 16/06/2015 10:48

I think we both know my role as Herr E Pelmet was a cameo orph

cjwoofwoof · 16/06/2015 10:50

And I'm quite liking the sound of Rupert stabbing his sausage...can he pop round later for another pricking session??

Ilovelblue · 16/06/2015 10:54

Decided not to go into work straightaway, stuff 'em for once. Sitting here with a coffee and watching episode 2 on the DVD. Not seen it for ages.

Heard Chris Evans this morning mentioned DL as Bond. I'm not very good on celebrity stuff and hadn't realised Daniel Craig wasn't doing the next 007 film. Can we not recommend our No 1 favourite Mr Aldridge? Do we think he is a bit too young?.

Dizzy CJ is yours. What is the date again?

orphan · 16/06/2015 10:55

It was so disappointing though wasn't it woof that we never actually made it to the big screen? Especially, after we'd demonstrated our ability and willingness to do all the stunts ourselves. I'm thinking in particular of that scene set in the Shanghai brothel and opium den. Our previous gymnastics skills really came to the fore in that one.

orphan · 16/06/2015 10:57

Sorry woof Rupert's all tied up at the moment. He's reaping the benefits of my reading that 50sog ff.

Ilovelblue · 16/06/2015 10:58

Decided CJ hasn't lost his appeal in the intervening weeks when I've not watched the DVD. I'm just watching the scene in his tent where he gives MD the words to the song they're going to sing. Still makes my stomach flip over!

cjwoofwoof · 16/06/2015 11:08

As I recall you were willing to do all the stunts orph whilst I agreed to making all the love scenes as realistic as possible ie. real. Must admit Richard Kiel was hard work with those metal teeth...
