Thanks icemist great website. I'm torn between my cutout having 'slight flexibility ' or a high level of rigidity '. The latter option can hang from the ceiling so sounds quite acrobatic! Grin

Rhubarb01 · 11/05/2015 08:09

Now that is becoming a very tempting prospect. I'd love to see CJ on a worldwide tour.

orphan · 11/05/2015 08:11

He really does give good forearm, doesn't he?

pixieg1rl · 11/05/2015 08:12

Outdoor, long term use has got to be the minimum spec.

WHAJEB1 · 11/05/2015 08:15

Gosh to think I touched those very forearms yesterday - my life is never ever going to be the same!! When I am old older and in a home I shall sit in my recliner with built in electrical device riser and relive constantly the perfect hour of this weekend.

Thank you jen for giving up your last 3 hours with him.
I can guarantee that he was duly released, and the last I saw he was heading towards bk with a smile on his face and a swagger after he had heard the news that he was going to lola's next. Grin

Ps sorry for my late report I have a 2 day hangover!!!

Richtea19 · 11/05/2015 08:19

It's amazing what a forearm can do to a women!!! Especially when there's big gloves and afghan grim attached.

I love the cardboard cutout idea. Outdoor, long term and able to ha g from ceilings sounds just about perfect.

orphan · 11/05/2015 08:38

Think the website may have got its measurements wrong :5mm thickness is suitable for a multitude of applications . I'm pretty sure we're not talking mm when it comes to CJ and 5 seems rather modest.

Ilovelblue · 11/05/2015 08:58

orphan you never disappoint. We need to present you with an award the same as ice and Jen. Maybe OTE - Order of the Euphemism? How would you feel about that?

Ilovelblue · 11/05/2015 09:00

Whajeb glad CJ was able to satisfy you.

BK are you back on the case? What car have you hired this week?

orphan · 11/05/2015 09:18

Thanks ilove but I'm a mere acolyte at the feet of woof who is truly euphemism and innuendo personified. Or in other words, she's totally corrupted me. [grin ]

Ilovelblue · 11/05/2015 09:27

Maybe a joint award then?

icemistOBE · 11/05/2015 10:54

We should totally have our own awards ceremony

cjwoofwoof · 11/05/2015 11:09

Morning! Hope you all had good weekends despite hangovers etc. On the cardboard cutout front I'd like detachable parts to mine, so when I fancy a cuddle I'd take off the forearms, and when I fancied a beautiful view from my desk I'd remove the combatted bottom etc. Of course there'd be other uses for other detachable parts like those big hands, plus of course I could find a use for the headset Grin

Ilovelblue · 11/05/2015 11:16

Ooooh, an awards ceremony. I think we need to come up with some categories and winners. Have a feeling CJ might win quite a few awards. Who would we have announcing and presenting?

icemistOBE · 11/05/2015 11:23

Well... I do like graham norton as a awards show presenter I think he'd cotton on quite quickly to what the awards are about...
Awards -
Best Captain
Best Phrase
Sexiest Male

But only if he didn't look like santas elf .... Can't remember now what John bishop said, but he needs to ditch the beard! Just booked myself a hideyhole so I don't hear what he says about me when he rips the p out of this on his show!!

Anyway, do you think we can have reversible cardboard cutouts, that standing arms folded on the front, bare chested when he's lifting weights on the back?

This really isn't helping me get anything done today!

spo thank you, thank you, thank you for posting the next chapter before next weekend! I'm going to download the whole thing so I can sneak off for a giggle ... if I can work out how to download it. Maybe I could print it, and pretend its a very important book ... Which of course it is, if I am to presence my sanity!! I absolutely love the role you have given to the majorettes and am fairly chuffed that you think we are intelligent, determined, resilient and inventive .... we've given up on reality, yes? In that case I'll go with that description!! I am going to be bereft when you finish this series, please tell me you have another brewing?!

icemistOBE · 11/05/2015 12:42

Ive not tried it but Calibre should download stories from FF.

juts been idly googling and found a little more info on BA's next venture 'Fleabag' its another pilot show. And is a joint production between Two Brothers and Channel 4. Also found another 11 min short film. Happy Birthday To Me and was shown at a US film festival last year, can't find any images though of it and no idea (yet) if its avail to watch anywhere.

Ilovelblue · 11/05/2015 13:33

I think we'd need him to shave his beard off though - I don't think it does him any favours. I think you're right though in that he would latch on to our ideas pretty quickly. Just a bit worried that he might try and whisk CJ/BA away from us at the end of the night.

Whereas the BAFTAs have things like "best producer", "best screenwriter" and things like that, we would have to go for "best quality smut writer", "best underground MI5 worker" etc etc.

icemistOBE · 11/05/2015 13:55

Well, I have been sent a link for the short film. BA - well you hear him, see his hair slightly and that's it! He does swear a lot! I can add the link if anyone wants it (only need to watch the first min or 2)

BBC were tweeting alternative awards last night too that we could incorporate Smile

I rather outed myself to dp this morning as regards CJ. We didn't see the awards as we were out last night, but dp heard results on the radio and of course I was reading this thread. Dp mentioned that 'you know who' didn't seem to have won anything, whereupon I launched into a 'Yes, it's outrageous - that bloody Ross Poldark stole all his glory and he's not nearly as gorgeous ' diatribe. Puzzled, dp asked who I was talking about. 'CJ of course' I replied only to discover he was referring to an old school friend of his who's now a director. We'd only been discussing his chances the previous night. Blush

Paintedcherryblossoms · 11/05/2015 14:44

Afternoon I am thinking about manufacturing a handbag size cardboard Blue Peter cutout to take to London tomorrow. Given my track record / historic craft skills with the cardboard tubes not sure how it will work out but will give it a shot and report back Smile

Paintedcherryblossoms · 11/05/2015 14:47

That's pretty funny orphan but RL and OG life do morph don't they ?
