I don't get the blood group thing meaning baby Carter must be Mick's. I am group A and I have two O children and one A child.

Dean is blood group AB and Linda O which means their children could only be
A or B. Mick is O which means he can be Olivers father as he is also O.

Why could they only be A or B though? I am A and my husband O and one of our daughters is also O. How does it work?

Well after years of watching I have finally learnt something because of Eastenders!

Fakebook - I don't think the doctor would need to run a blood test for the rare Dipshit gene - I think he would be able to diagnose on sight in this particular case.

I don't know why but everytime Dean talks I hear a Russian accent. It's the beard, it makes him look like a Tsar. Yes he really should lose it!

Strangely, I think Dean looks better with the beard. But only when it's short. I'm not really a beard person, generally.

He's a nice looking guy, the beard does NOT enhance that at all.

The beard does him no favours, he's good looking.

Phil is giving Kathy money, but can't do it anymore. kathys husband, Gavin doesn't know and he sounds like a wrong un.

I hate the beard look he has - it suits him being clean-shaven, as with Adam in Emmerdale.

I really hope the writers have a credible reason for Kathy still being alive to make me believe she'd miss years from her son and grandkid's lives. I read an interview with the E.E boss last month and he said the reason they've all cooked up is a good one. I'm probably over-invested in it as I'm a fan of the actress and been watching E.E since the beginning.
