The hair and make up department really need to be fired. Roxy's make up and Sharon's hair are just appealing, and don't get me started on the ridiculous top knots in the Vic. ARGH

I was shouting at the TV last night. Shirley was being so horrible. Stand funeral was nice, Jim was cringeworthy. I actually felt quite sorry for Max, he was badly abused by his dad yet everyone just wants to see the lovely old man.

So glad that Roxy told Ronnie - hopefully it will cut that storyline down. I couldn't bear to see their mournful looks any longer. I used to like Charlie but now he just seems like a loser. Not sure where else they can go with his character after this.

Like Peggy - why didn't they film some scenes of her visiting Ronnie again to show later on. I mean surely she would fly over for a visit again with her being in a coma and in hospital?!

Camsie30 I am so with you on the makeup & hair dept. Why do they keep making Linda look so ancient. She's still young, really attractive with a great figure but she looks like Mick's mum. When she had softer hair for a while it took years off her, now she is back to that scraped back look that is so harsh & ageing. And get rid of that revolting pink patterned dress.

But brownie points lately for Shirley & Mick's scenes. I love, love, love Shirley: its her defiant-ness (made up word) i think. She looks hard as nails but its all front. I'd like a love triangle going asap with Sharon/Phil/Shirley again. And Sharon needs to end up with a Jack type figure who is bit flash/bit younger than her. Phil & Shirley are partners in crime/soul mates under the skin.

Re. Max - get Tania back or restart the Stacey thing. I like Tania because i know so many women like her and they fascinate me.
