When's CJ heading down south my way? I've spent the morning (well, an hour but don't tell DH) taking down an old tree, and digging out a patch of brambles, could've done with a tall dark man to help. Unfortunately my not-so-tall dark DH is not in my good books re the garden at the moment. All he has to do is cut the grass. Last weekend apparently it was too wet (was moaning to my neighbour as her DH had just cut theirs, and she said 'being too wet is a common problem' ... had to bite my tongue and remember I wasn't talking to you lot and she probably actually meant it literally!), this weekend it was too cold!!! How can it be too cold to cut the grass (spo feel free to jump in here to explain that one to me, in case it's a man thing!
). Threatened to get a man in to do it. As next weekend there will undoubtedly be another reason (threat of snow, tornados, earthquake?!) I'll save the job for CJ!

nip your latest chapter is sublime (trying to think of new words!). I am really, really enjoying the slow burn of this. It is SO romantic, I re read the whole lot in the early hours of this morning, when I couldn't sleep! It's wonderful! Love, love, love it!
