Watching last nights now. Ten minutes in and it's Shit. Absolute shit! The whole pretending to be from the Hangover, the Barry from EE from a cannon. The whole Duffy thing is annoying me. Meh.

It was pure shite.

Can't warm to Duffy, she makes me cringe.

Francis I said the exact same thing to DH. Her surname isn't even Duffy, it's Duffin. You've got to give your legal name. You can't just make stuff up

I kinda watched this episode but not really cause I just cannot watch this show any more - what I'm not understanding though is why did none of Duffy and Charlie's children come to the wedding or any of their other friends (just Josh really) how did she get divorced so quickly, what is with the whole 'been waiting 30 years' Baz was the love of Charlie's life every time she came back no matter what she had done or who she was married to they always ended up back together if Charlie has really wanted Duffy for 30 years then why hasn't anything happened before now? And Andrew and Baz died in the hospital why would you want to get married somewhere with such heartbreaking memories .....

I'm assuming Derek Thompson is leaving and this is his goodbye but marrying Duffy isn't much of a send off imo

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one who can't stand Duffy. There's just something really irritating about her and this whole wedding thing has been a nonsense. And the tattoo place would be really wrong to go tattooing drunk people. Pure nonsense. And somebody please slap some sense into Connie so her and Jacob can get back together.

Noooo, Charlie can't leave. The hospital would collapse without him.

Charlie giving Dylan's name was funny though - and Dylan being offended he was impersonating a doctor loooool

So glad I am not the only one who finds Duffy annoying. I watched the episode where she came back, and the last 15 minutes on Saturday, which included the wedding, and I'd had enough.

Dylan is by far the best thing on it

That was a bloody awful episode, I have to say. And that vicar's husband died last Tuesday in Holby City, so it's just a tad implausible that she'd be performing the ceremony.

Last night was the worst episode ever.

Apart from the uber-silly one which started with Ethan dressed in raincoat and top hat and was in flashback. This one ran it close, though. And I don't think we ever found out what happened to the sheep (not that I wanted to, it was a particularly stupid part of the storyline). One more episode like this and I'll be deserting Casualty after 30+ loyal years.

why does Jacob wear the epaulets? Like a military uniform?

Mornington I was thinking the same. I don't want to give up on it but jeez that latest episode! Charlie deserved a much better stag/wedding episode rather than a weird cliche filled one.

Dylan is definitely the one character keeping me watching.

Can't fucking stand Charlie though. Derek Thompson is the worst actor in the thing.

Only just watch last week's. I thought it was hilarious. But I can totally understand why lots (all) oh you hated it.

The one I can't stand is bloody Connie - what a pity they've just signalled that she's all set to come back to work. You'd think someone might have questioned her clinical judgment in tonight's episode given that she didn't notice her own daughter was unwell.

Anyone else that she just happens to know the prison Stephanie thing is being held in and has the number on her phone?
