I did have to google after watching it myself as I couldn't remember who Steph Sims was!

Last night was ridiculous purely for the fact that Robyn, an on shift ED nurse, had time to piss about with a plastic baby -plus she's several months pregnant -bit late for her to be using one of those dolls

How old is she actually supposed to be anyway? Must be knocking on 30

Also the fact that David has come off his meds is hardly subtle is it

The pretend baby stuff was just ridiculous. How was she supposed to "look after" a newborn whilst working a busy shift in A & E?

We need more accidents. Where have they gone?

I find Robyn really irritating. What happened to her husband? Did he die?

You just KNEW that something would happen to change Connie's mind about Elle. Connie is so irritating too, and unlikeable. Has she dumped Jacob? And the Charlie/Duffy thing is so bad it's cringeworthy-who calls themselves by a twee nickname when they're in their fifties,ffs? She must be older than I am gimmer alert.

I think he died but I don't remember it.
Hopefully they will give her a long maternity leave.

CaptainHammer, that still leaves the question how she knew which prison Stephanie Sims was in. It's not the sort of thing you can just casually phone up and ask about, prisons are subject to the Data Protection Act as much as anyone else.

I guess I was Ok with the ambulance for the kid with the nose bleed, given that he'd just vomited a load of blood.

Connie is so annoying!! Who was the old man who was in the lift? Should we know him? He didn't seem too found of Connie did he.

Wasn't the old man the tribunal judge?

Yes (and he spoke up during it even though he wasn't supposed to) but I was wondering if we were supposed to know him - either from Casualty or Holby - as he seemed to know Connie; at the very least he seemed to dislike he and wanted to show her up.

I couldn't understand why he suggested he wasn't supposed to say anything during the hearing. It's absolutely standard practice for people dealing with that type of hearing to ask questions, in fact I don't see how they can do their jobs properly unless they do.

Who/what is this Stephanie Sims story line?

She's the women who was involved in the car accident that left Grace brain damaged.

Don't actually know (not sure if that's because the facts didn't get mentioned or I missed them).

All I recall is she ran Connie off the road, left the scene of the accident, the thought better of it and when she was calling she was involved in an accident herself. When Steph arrived at A&E, Jacob used his McGgyver powers and figured Connie and Grace were in trouble, then used his magic powers to work out were they were in order for him to do his manly man saviour thing.

*MacGyver (not sure what I was going for there with the other spelling!).

I'm guessing Robyn's boyfriend will come back just before she has the baby and then die? He left her at the alter because he was dying but as we didn't see his final moments they may bring him back for a couple of emotional episodes.

Megatherium I don't think Casualty SW put much thought in to the logistics of it! It's Connie, she knows everything

I am still confused about why Connie is in casualty I thought she was a heart surgeon. This was back in the day when I lived at home and my Mum watched Holly,

She retrained in emergency for some vague reason. I've never watched Holby so didn't know anything about her; though I believe she was in crossovers, not sure if that was her in casualty from Holby, or a casualty story carried into Holby.
