Dionne had the fewest votes so she went then it was a sing off between Ashley and Kerry. Louis voted for Kerry to go.

I think Leona has the best voice by far

But to clarify for anniebear - it was Steve B vrs G4, and last year Shayne was up against Andy dustbin and Journey South.

I liked Journey South!!

Me too annie, though I did think that Shayne was a deserving winner. I have both their albums and prefer Jouney South's.

I think Leona has the X-factor but I do cringe when Simon salivates over her. If last year is anything to go by she won't win because Maria was very good and she was tactically voted off. It would probably do her career alot of good not to win -look at Steve whateverhisname and Shane Ward - one hit wonders?
My favorites are Dionne, think she will be excellent on the stage. Brenda from last year was in Chicago for months. Leona cause she looks and sounds the part. The rest don't seem that good. I like Nikita but I don't see her as a superstar. I can't bear Ashley he has a massive ego and can't sing. i would like to see him sing a lenny kravitz song though.

why do they have theme nights and make them sing certain songs?

You can tell which type of music they would end up making so why make the girls sing what was originally a fella's song? or make a boy band sing swing music

Then the comments are"can tell you were out of your comfort zone"

They have to sing that kind of music. why not just let them show themselves singing what they think they are good at?

I think Ben is the best singer but the people who like his type of music won't vote him to win - a bit like Lemarr on Fame Academy. I'm glad Kerri went, I thought she was a bit too bland. I like Eton Road but agreed with Simon that it was a bit of a mess , and The McD brothers are bland too. Do we really need another Robson and Jerome?!!

I think Ben or Eton Road. Dionne was my favourite, but I knew she wouldn't be popular.

My prediction is the winner will be Ben. Leona and Ashley will be in top 3. I would like to see Ray and Robert go - I don't like either of them. I can't see them selling records either. The McDonalds are nice boys who haven't been given a chance to shine with this themed nonsense - they may well stay for another week because the local support is phenomenal. We all know there is no chance of them getting in the final!

Love Ben. Also Think Leona and Robert are good. Eton Road the best of the groups.

Think Ashley is dreadful - he hasn't got a great voice at all and is very arrogant. And he looks like Sideshow Bob.

I agree with anniebear. Not many of the pop stars we all love and enjoy could switch genres week after week as these people have to do.
In fact not many of the pop stars we admire can even sing live!
I think it will be between Ben and Leona this year, but don't discount Ray and his strong mummy/granny fan base!

Did anyone notice that the guy from Eaton road has put a bit of weight on around his face. He looks so much better for it. He looked anorexic at the start of the series.
Agree about Ashley. Has got the looks but not the voice.
Nikitta's worst performance and outfit this week.
Ray is too cheesy and he looks about 10.
The brothers are dull.
Not sure about Robert's laryngitis style of singing.
Leona is so talented and stunning, she's on the wrong show.
Can't remember the others.

Love Ben. He's a great singer and seems to be a nice down to earth guy (and rather cute).

Can't stand Ray, he's far to stage school for my liking. Do any of you remember him from Brookside?
