Can anybody think of another term for half cast? Would 'mixed race' be better?

Did anyone else know that Anthony from Eton Road was on stars in their eyes kids as Robbie Williams when he was 14?

Oh, and another thing. Why are they getting rid of Kate Thornton? It's not going to be the same without her. Apparently Fearne Cotton or Dermot O' Leary are in the frame to replace her. Fearne irritates me, Dermot might be okay for eye candy, but still think Kate is better than either of them. I like the way she gives the contestants a big cuddle during the audition stages. I think she's a good presenter, and you know what they say, if it ain't broke....

Mixed race is fine.

I think that they should keep Kate, but if they are going to oust her I'm much rather leer... I mean look.... at Dermot than Fearne!

My dh has a theory that she's preggers, as she's been looking, ahem, a bit 'fuller' recently. Apparently, the bosses want the next series to have a bit of a re-vamp which apparently includes replacing Kate.

Jury's not out on the preggers theory though

Eton Road doing 'Does your mother know' looks good, and Nikita's doing Dancing Queen. Ray's big band version of Waterloo looks thoroughly dodgy though.
I hope someone's had a word with Simon about his wierd pouting habit, it's very unnapealing and I want it to stop.

Well there were a couple of dodgy songs tonight. Most especially Ashley singing now, I think it is dire and out of tune. Nikita was out of tune too.

Missed this (watching BBC1) - did the MacD Bros do Fernando? Tell me there were no bagpipes!!!!!

How did Ben cope with singing ABBA - wouldn't have thought it was his cup of tea?

You have to ask yourself - could you imagine buying an album by Ashley? I think not. He should stick to modelling.

If they think Kate is plump the world has gone mad!She is really slim and really good at her job-ridiculous.Ashley Nikitta McDonald Brothers were rubbish.I only really like the little swing guy the reat are dull dull dull esp leona who is so wooden but does have a good voice

I loved Eton Road. Would buy that version if it was a single.

I think Eton Rd, Robert, Mc D bro's and Leona sang well tonight, though i don't personally like Leona much.

Think Nikkita was out of tune

Don't think Ben and Ashley did aswell as they usually do but i do like them and think they are very talented.

I still think Ray is the ultimate in cheese - yuck!

Ashley was awful as was Nikita, The MacDonald Brothers and Ray! How Simon can say Ashley was fantastic - it was bloody terrible!

I think what Simon said about Asley loosing all his confidence after last week was true his preformance was quite weak compared to the past weeks.

Think Robert is FAB!

I think Eton Road were great and I too would buy that version it was fun, and Charlee I think you're probably right about Ashley and his confidence but he was still out of tune.

Yeah he was out of tune, must be something about Abba several of the acts wern't up to scratch today like they usually are.

I think Abba was a hard round, your right no-one really shone (for me), well maybe Eton Road, whereas last week quite a few acts were really good.

I think Leona was good but all her songs are slow and boring, she strikes me as being quite toffee nosed (not sure why) and all though the judges keep saying she doesn't she blatently knows how good she is!

Worse than his tuning, Ashley's phrasing was appalling, as if he was reading the lyrics for the first time. He should go, or Ray or the Macdonalds.

I really don;t like Ray he turns everything into the same song IYGWIM, its all big band with him and the same dance moves, same suit, same hair ect ect same cheesy smile!
