Shadows I thought they were trying to make us see that a lot of people had 'motive' and just to keep us guessing throughout the episode but good point about Emma. It could've been a slow burner injury rather than a straight out murder.

It does make me slightly uncomfortable that several people (Jake/Billy/Max/Abi/Denise/Jane/Bobby Jay/Ben) were all implicated in one way or another yet not one of them opened up about it even though Ian is family/friends with all of them. Self preservation at work there.

I've noticed that storylines to get to a point then the writers plonk Stacey into them... Kat's Storyline, Ian's, then Dots, I'm sure there are a few others.

They don't need to plonk stacy into stories do they just let her diddle about but I guess stacy is such a popular character they want to give her a place without giving her a story. Gut she is going to end up a busy body

Surely Stacey is just having some downtime having had her own story recently? The characters aren't always at the front.

But that's the thing it's not really downtime when you are appearing in everyone elses stories.
