I don't like that they pretend the cast had no Idea who did it...

They have already filmed the next 4 weeks of stuff, including peter and Laurens exit, so they obviously did know, at least some of them., as they could guess from the next few weeks storylines.

I don't mind the oh we dont knows adds to the hype its just a bit of fun. Remember it was only the brannings and the beales involved in the reveal storyline everybody else will justcarry on as normal.

Some people found out at Christmas which is, I assume, when they started shooting the scenes coming soon. They could have only told those people who needed to know (Peter for example).

I have been thinking about denise she was drunk when she battered lucy I hated that bit so out of character for denise. Anyway Denise has probably had a drink problem for a while but I guess guilt will have kept her drinking Denise is 1 of my favourites hate what they have done to her but its E E nobody can be normal and happy

I suspect Dean is another dead-but-not-dead EE character. Nancy wasn't sure he was dead, Mick didn't check... Maybe he was simply unconscious, Mock took him somewhere and they faked his death with Dean being scared and promising never to return. Not sure where they'd find a body for the burnt out car though, although this being EE there seem to be bodies readily available everywhere! especially with the Cokers.

It seems they told who needed to know before Christmas. When asked at the beginning of the wk by graham Norton if they knew, adam didn't give a very convincing answer. And then he said 'I know enough to be able to act out the following wks script, put it that way'
I think it is a shame about denise. It does seem out of character, but then she has also since beaten Patrick too. I think more and more will come out over the next few wks-ie the back story to the ben and lucy Miami storyline. E E has actually been quite clever in the fact that they have left so many unanswered questions. They have a lot of storylines to play now

I still don't think he actually killed her. It looks like that but I think most of the harm was inflicted by Denise, look at the mess the room was in after. She knew she had overdone it too as, despite drinking a whole bottle of red, still was still awake when Ian got into bed but pretended to be asleep.

I hope they don't turn him into a psychopath. He has already had to cope with about 5 'mums' (Laura, Jane, Mandy, Denise, Lucy while Ian had his breakdown)

I don't think the other Lucy hitters think they had anything to do with it as they still think Lucy was murdered on the common.

Not sure what denise and abi did maybe air slaps at her because she didn't have a mark on her or a hair out of place bobby might be the new stephrn give him 4 or 5 years lets face those beale kids have had a rubbish life only normal 1 is peter and they ignore him to hug the devil spawn. They interviewed Peter (real name Ben hence the confusion over who's going) on the live special afterwards and they confirmed it had been his and Stans last day on set.

Peter said his character is leaving because the discovery of Bobby having killed his twin has a massive impact on him.

To be fair I'd be livid at my spineless twat of a father for staying with the woman who dumped my sister like a sack of rubbish and watched us suffer for months without comment too. I suspect that Kathy may well put an end to the happily ever after Jane seems to think she's going to get.

I would have thought she could have sent the child to bed, rang 999, in case they could actually help Lucy (you never know), and then tell them she came into the house because she saw the downstairs light on and the door was open - Max could have easily backed that up as he saw it too.

She could explain away the fingerprints of Bobby on the music box, he's family, he lives there, he went in Lucy's room digging in her stuff all the time - he's a little brother, they do these things, right? And she could say she found the music box on the floor and picked it up to move it when she checked Lucy.

The only glaring thing to then find a reason for is the phone call to her mobile...

and yes, if she said she was taking Lucy to the A&E herself, why was she in the boot, rather than the back seat??

It's obvious that all the Beales have known for a while. They must have been rehearsing the Friday episode for months. They were all so much better than the they are in the normal episodes for a start.
Really impressed by Abi, she was million times better than she normally is.

Alice because Easteneders characters have weird logic... like everyone agreeing to hide nicks body and cover up his murder, in real life it wouldn't happen.

I think evil Abi would be very good.... they really need to toss her some meatier stuff.

Abi is defiantly better when she has bigger storylines. I don't like the wimpy Abi she has been recently. She wash enter when she was in a relationship with Jay. I hope that resumes.

I wonder if Booby will realise he killed Lucy Beale for the 35th anniversary ( when he is 16), or form he 40th celebrations. I can see it now, Bobby celebrates his21st birthday, and Peter lets slip the truth..duf duf duf!

Oh and was just reading that in order to keep the press off Kathy returning they brought back Emma to the set where Kathy shot with Phil in the live episode so Kathy only appeared right at the last minute.

unless i blinked as didnt leave the room,they didnt really show abi or denise attack, abi went to slap lcuy and cut to ian dropping pans on floor and denise you see push lucy to bed/kinda falls to floor and nothing else

i actually thought denise had killed her and shoved in wardrobe when ian came in, then it showed lucy entering the party
