As someone else said, the last one was a wasted opportunity.

I would like to give tickets to:

Simon
Chesney & girlfriend
Faye
All the Windasses
Tracey-Luv
Michelle
Sawphie
Owen
Kal and all his family

Plenty more seats available, feel free to add some more passengers!

There is a stair-lift installed. I have a feeling Jason did it for free, though I may have imagined that. they are not cheap.

ProfYaffle · 13/04/2015 06:53

It was mentioned in the show, Owen said something about getting it either free or cheap from a job he was working on and they installed it themselves.

DuckChowMein · 13/04/2015 08:45

Ah, i must have missed that.

AgathaChristie01 · 13/04/2015 11:29

I don't think they thought through some of the stuff in relation to having the Windasses living in a flat anyway. Anna taking the baby for a walk, so presumably that entailed having Anna and Gary carrying the pram down the stairs. Why, just why! The baby was about two days old, they were all still a bit in shock, possibly taking her for a walk wouldn't be a big priority... Hmm

ClaudiaNaughton · 13/04/2015 13:17

I'm Confused when Owen (and others) leave houses for ever with all their worldly goods in a small handgrip.

ArcangelaTarabotti · 13/04/2015 14:25

ClaudiaNaughton yy!

CandODad · 13/04/2015 18:11

Claudia - I did smile when Owen said "I will go pack my bag then" as though everyone in life has just the one bag for moving. Also why has no one mentioned that they are over crowded rather than pretending that the Tardis flat fits everyone?

ArcangelaTarabotti · 13/04/2015 18:33

They really should employ a n obsessive over-thinker verisimilitude person to vet the scripts and edit some of the nonsense like that - remember when the pub burned down but Cindy Beale ( can't remember her Corrie name Grin) still had all her mutton-dressed-as-lamb bodycon dresses in subsequent episodes?.

Songlark · 13/04/2015 18:47

Yes, you pack a bag when you're in a hotel, when you're leaving home you'd have to pack a van. It's annoying.

AgathaChristie01 · 13/04/2015 19:24

I didn't see Owen leaving, but I agree. People do seem to be able to pack up very quickly and fit things into one tiny bag, clothes and possessions accumulated, over years! They must be very efficient packers. Grin

CandODad · 13/04/2015 19:38

How is it that all of a sudden Tracey and Tony have all the opportunities under the sun to slide off together?

How is Callum having the time to deal drugs and hang around the street all the while too?

CandODad · 13/04/2015 19:39

Wow! It's like the writers were able to add a scene just for Owens "extra stuff" (all one box of it to go with his one overnight bag)

AgathaChristie01 · 13/04/2015 19:46

True Grin.

FriskyMare · 13/04/2015 19:55

Why would Carla want to revert back to Connor from Barlow ( not forgetting Gordon)? Paul cheated on her too didn't he?

thenightsky · 13/04/2015 20:03

Like Sarah-Loo's pale pink with leather patches coat.

NuggetofPurestGreen · 13/04/2015 20:07

Was thinking the same Frisky - why wouldn't she go back to Donovan? And she has always gone back to Connor.

NuggetofPurestGreen · 13/04/2015 20:08

Doesn't she not like her parents though and her background? Maybe to do with that.

DocHollywood · 13/04/2015 20:19

Do you think the SWs know yet how to end the dead-Gavin farce? There is no way on earth that Michael will want anything to do with Gail once it all comes out. I feel sorry for Gail and I can't see how this is is going to end well for her unless she murders Gavin's mum and auntie.

TillyButton · 13/04/2015 23:53

Perhaps Carla has not gone back to her maiden name because her brother Rob Donovan is in prison for murderSmileShe needs to choose a clean, shiny new name [or get married again]

DuckChowMein · 14/04/2015 06:43

Carla Conner does sound good Grin

millimat · 14/04/2015 07:26

Although I didn't like the way they always had Owen kicking off at things, I felt sorry for him last night. I'd say he's in the right and Anna needs to listen rather than being the martyr.i know its a storyline for his exit, but it's another annoying one.

eddiemairswife · 14/04/2015 09:26

Why did Owen sleep on Kevin's sofa? Why not on Izzie's? I know Gary is meant to be using it, but he had slept at Anna's the day the Social Worker came.

theliverpoolone · 14/04/2015 09:31

Very unlikely Owen would set up a new life in Aberdeen when he has Izzy living as a single parent with his grandson in Weatherfield! He could have lived in another part of Manchester and never bumped into Anna day to day.

ProfYaffle · 14/04/2015 09:58

That's the thing isn't it, always in Corrie the choice is either stay on the street or move to the other end of the country. Just moving to another part of Manchester is never an option.

I quite like the idea of murderous Gail going on a rampage, then she could get locked up and we'd never have to see her again.

Songlark · 14/04/2015 10:04

Is the "flat above the shop" not vacant. Usually suddenly becomes vacant at times like this.
