As someone else said, the last one was a wasted opportunity.

I would like to give tickets to:

Simon
Chesney & girlfriend
Faye
All the Windasses
Tracey-Luv
Michelle
Sawphie
Owen
Kal and all his family

Plenty more seats available, feel free to add some more passengers!

Love Sally and Tim, and Craig.
Yes, I would have liked Craig to have a story line, not this though. Can just see Owen attacking him, it's too predictable, that he will assume Craig is the father of Faye's baby.

KenDoddsDadsDog · 03/04/2015 19:35

"I saw Pam Ayres in the Arndale Centre"Grin

Sparklingbrook · 03/04/2015 19:43

Evening. Isn't Craig doing well? Aww.

MyArksNotReady · 03/04/2015 20:00

Well acted pre birth scene.

Sparklingbrook · 03/04/2015 20:03

oh no, now we have thingy and his barge for half an hour.

Sparklingbrook · 03/04/2015 20:35

Is Faye Tim's biological daughter?

WhoKnowsWhereTheChocolateGoes · 03/04/2015 20:43

Yes, he is.

Saw in the paper today that Les Dennis has been given a big new contract. I have warmed to his character but don't like the storylines and the way Gail is with him.

WhoKnowsWhereTheChocolateGoes · 03/04/2015 20:44

She is I mean.

Southeastdweller · 03/04/2015 20:58

Did anyone else think Tim's reaction was oddly subdued? I know he's laid back, but still.

dancestomyowntune · 03/04/2015 21:06

Craig has been a rock for Faye these past few weeks and you can just see that his reward is going to be a lot of aggro and abuse.

I thought Tim and Anna were great with Faye, Anna telling her that she was hers for keeps and Tim telling her how she would always be his little girl. I don't like the character of Faye, but I did feel sorry for her in tonight's episode, especially when she said she wanted her mum, and when she was telling Craig that she didn't want Anna to send her back. I really hope they don't do the easy thing and have her give the baby up. Anna and Tim will be there for her and I wonder whether Sarah Lou will be a confidante for her, having been there herself.

PunkrockerGirl · 03/04/2015 21:06

I thought Craig was great. He was lovely on This Morning earlier in the week as well.

DonkeysYears · 03/04/2015 21:10

Yes, south, I thought everyone's reaction was too calm! It was as though she were in her 20's and it was a surprise pregnancy, not 13!! They were a bit too 'pleased'/supportive. I would expect much more shock and a LOT more angry 'what the hell's!' in between the soothing murmuring.

Sparklingbrook · 03/04/2015 21:11

I thought Sally would have a lot to say about it all but she didn't.

The baby looked huge.

DonkeysYears · 03/04/2015 21:12

Yep, Sally would have been more agog/secretly delighted in the gossip of it and Anna's failings...

dancestomyowntune · 03/04/2015 21:19

I don't know, I think in the midst of the birth any recriminations and gossip mongering would be put on the back burner while the emergency of the birth was dealt with. Anna's reaction was what I would expect. I know a girl who had a secret pregnancy when she was about 17, planned to leave the child at the hospital. Her mum thought she had appendicitis and she announced she was in labour! The first thing everyone thought was let's get this girl kitted out with everything she needs for her baby and ask questions later.

dancestomyowntune · 03/04/2015 21:20

The baby did look huge! My eight week old isn't that big! (She was 10 weeks prem tho..)

Sparklingbrook · 03/04/2015 21:20

Exactly Donkeys, she should have loved it and at least be having a dig here and there. Plus she is sort of a Grandma now which she would hate presumably.

ThinkIveBeenHacked · 03/04/2015 21:41

My 5mos son is about the same size as that baby! Why so huge when such dinky newborns are used on Call The Midwife?

Love Tim. I hate Sally apart from in her scenes with him.

I think their reaction was perfect - just focus on keeping Faye calm and settled. No fuss. No drama. Yet.

EachandEveryone · 03/04/2015 21:44

I thought it was brilliantly acted by all of them.

Are Nick and Carla going to get it on?

eddiemairswife · 03/04/2015 22:17

The baby is played by triplets who are now 5 months old. I think they film about 3 months in advance so they would have been 2 months old in tonight's episode.

AnneEyhtMeyer · 03/04/2015 22:21

I wondered that about Nick & Carla, Each.

DonkeysYears · 03/04/2015 22:40

I loved the script tonight with Sally, Tim, Owen and Anna in the Rovers. I love how Corrie makes me laugh out loud - I never get that with Eastenders!

18yearstooold · 03/04/2015 22:49

arcangela the actress that plays Sarah had a baby in October, so was about 8-10 weeks post delivery in tonight's episode

thenightsky · 03/04/2015 22:49

Nick and Carla wouldn't be a bad match actually. Both business people.

hildasmuriel · 04/04/2015 08:33

I felt quite touched by Faye and Craig, my children were quite shocked by it, I forget that, whilst we think we've seen this all before, they haven't and so it still has the power to shock. I hated the thought of this storyline at first but actually seeing the impact it's had on them am changing my mind.

I really like Sarah and Bethany together and they actually illustrate issues Faye will face, parenting a teenager when still a young woman.
