For research and curiosity I read a bit of LaurieLove Harry Potter. I'm still blushing Blush

Ilovelblue · 29/01/2015 20:21

Onefor now BA as 007 I can definitely see. So much more his style than wearing a rug and a crown!

Oneforthegirls · 29/01/2015 20:23

I like to think you deliver QS Jen but LL is pure filth. A time and a place for both I guess. Not sure which camp I think CJ should be in?

Rhubarb01 · 29/01/2015 20:25

Yes,007 - how many more films do you reckon Daniel Craig will do before he needs replacing? BA in his mid thirties could be ripe for that and they don't usually go for big names - although they seem to pick actors who are often around 40 then they find that after about three films they look too old. Better go for someone younger!

Onlygirljen · 29/01/2015 20:25

I'm all for filth, the more the better (yes, I know, you never would have guessed..) but it's more the combination of the utter filth with children's favourites that has me blushing! Bloody hell..

Ilovelblue · 29/01/2015 20:28

Rhubarb I've always been a Bond fan but I have to say that the last two with Daniel Craig haven't really floated my boat. I think BA would be an ideal replacement.

Oneforthegirls · 29/01/2015 20:28

Ilove yeah, I like the 007. The reason I think it works is because it is def a picture of CJ and not BA. Clearly a hint of stern face there...... I wonder how many more movies Daniel Craig is contracted to do. Could we be seeing the next 007?

Richtea19 · 29/01/2015 20:29

Hold ups, tights, stockings all very unfortable. Hold ups stop my circulation and are itchy, stockings, I don't see the point unless in the bedroom Grin, the belt thing shows through clothes - pointless. Tights, I have a love hate relationship with them. I love black opaque because they hide a multiple of sins, ie the blue knees, lumps and bumps. But why do I always get a baggy crotch?? My new invention is to wear a pair of knickers over the tights (like superman) that way they stop the guppy crotch, btw I do wear knickers under the tights too!! Gosh so much disclosure on underwear :)

Richtea19 · 29/01/2015 20:32

I love the BA James Bond picture. But for me it will always be Sean Connery. BA is really a bit too young for James Bond, although would look gorg in the tux.

Rhubarb01 · 29/01/2015 20:36

There is no doubt that the pros and cons of ladies hosiery will feature in Spo's latest instalment.

By the way Richtea my mum always used the double knicker technique too!

Ilovelblue · 29/01/2015 20:37

I used to wear stockings quite a lot but the type of skirts I wear now aren't really the sort for stockings as the knobbly bits show through and working mainly with men......... a definite no-no!

I think we should invent something practical yet feminine and launch it with the rest of our lingerie range at our AGM.

In my mind, 007 has always had dark hair and although I like men in RL who are fair, Daniel Craig just didn't fit my mental bill of Bond. Everyone seemed to rave over him but I really preferred Pearce Brosnan.

Snowing again here but unlikely to stick I think as it's quite wet on the ground. Even the cat has taken up residence next to the fire and won't move.

Ilovelblue · 29/01/2015 20:38

Richtea does the second pair of knickers not show through your dress/skirt?

cjwoofwoof · 29/01/2015 20:41

BA defo a great prospective James Bond - got the posh boy voice, can handle a gun and would look lovely in a tux, throwing women over his shoulder and under the duvet. Bet he could handle a vodka martini as well as the goblet, leaving us all shaken and stirred Grin

pixieg1rl · 29/01/2015 20:43

I loved maternity tights. Actually thinking about it I loved most of the maternity stuff that you pulled over the bump. There was no way I was doing anything lowrise when I was up the duff. I cried when my enormous hang glider-esque knickers died.

icemistOBE · 29/01/2015 20:44

I did like Pierce Brosnan as Bond.... he should have been Bond years before he actually was but bossed of the show Sapphire and Steele wouldnt releae him to be Bond.

I know someone who knows Pierce Brosnan. He's taken her to premieres and everything. By her account he's lovely.

cjwoofwoof · 29/01/2015 20:47

Thoughts on the CJ hold ups lingerie line - instead of the rubberised elastic grip at thigh height, how about a pair of CJ gloves, fingers interlinking which can be adjusted to level of tightness required gripping said top of thigh? I'd have mine extremely tight natch, plus the added bonus of feeling like there's TWO pairs of CJs hands wrapped round both thighs...

cjwoofwoof · 29/01/2015 20:50

Good God icemist that'll make February a bit more tolerable for you, shame there's only 28 days of lusting after admiring that!

Rhubarb01 · 29/01/2015 20:52

I liked Pierce Brosnan as Bond too - he was great in Goldeneye. Glad he's nice in RL. I also quite liked Timothy Dalton as Bond as I felt he tried to play him more like a real person with a touch of humanity. Although in all seriousness you can't really think of Bond as a real person. I've got say my least liked Bond is Roger Moore - sorry Roger! I think its the combination of playing it a bit for laughs and all that seventies fashion.

cjwoofwoof · 29/01/2015 20:53

Another idea on the holdups front - can we have a built in tapping thumb on the gripper gloves like when Molly returns from R&R and CJ comes down the steps to greet her and send her off to the medic tent? A nice little tap-tap every few minutes on the upper thigh to let you know they're still bearing up would be ideal.

Richtea19 · 29/01/2015 20:53

ilove'I don't find they show through, but then I don't really go for the bodycon style dresses. Those seamless tencil shorts from M&S are quite good, the you don't a get a vpl.

cjwoof I knew you would come up with a hold up solution. I might be persuaded to wear them with CJs gloved hands.

Love Pierce Brosnan, a classic example of how men that age can look better.

Onlygirljen · 29/01/2015 21:00

My work gear is generally all bodycon / tight - spanx tights are pricey, but a godsend. No saggy crotch, no lumps and bumps that show through skirt Smile

LolaKent14 · 29/01/2015 21:13

As Molly Dawes might say 'that Klipdoctor is a right pranet'

I am just astound at his comments. There is a reason why he hangs out with OGA and all the fawning eh?
He is a bit of a hypocrite as he reads the ff of others but rarely comments and reviews.

anyway i managed to get a pic of the stag today. I laughed when I first saw it as it really reminded me of you guys. I hope I can attach.

That stag looks very Downtonesque or does anyone remember that film "The Shooting Party". What else were they selling?
