Please don't make any Eileen story 'Ellen gets a boyfriend who turns out to be a rubbish boyfriend'. Let's have Eileen wins the lottery and spends it all on fast cars and high living, Eileen starts writing racy novels, Eileen discovers she has a talent for singing and goes on X Factor. Or something. Just not a rubbish boyfriend and something fun which will allow her to lord it over Gail.

I would actually love a Weatherfield's Got Talent. Ken and Eccles doing doggy double act. The Factory Girls doing Riverdance. Boyband of Jason, Todd, Tyrone and David. Chesney does Chesney Hawes tribute.

Yes, I'm a bit sick of the rubbish boyfriends of Eileen's. That's a given! She's strong and gets over it end of. Love the idea of her winning the lottery

why wasn't Izzy on the bus or Eva?

Watched the episode a while back where Dennis and Janice broke the news to Eileen and Les, that they were having an affair, and were going to leave. In a later episode, Dennis died after being in a car accident while driving Les to hospital, when Les attempted suicide.

Poor Eileen, she truly has had no luck with men. I was so glad though when Paul left. She deserved better than him. I thought there was a slight spark between her and Tony recently, but probably not.

Not Tony , he's thoroughly untrustworthy. I still think Eileen and Lloyd would be a good match. Lloyd is kind and loyal,and deserves better than the dreadful Andrea.

I would like to see her with Lloyd too. They did say why Izzy wasn't going on the bus but I forgot the reason. It was her place that Tracey took, at Beth's request. Eva works in the pub now.

Oh definitely not with Tony, no way.
I was just saying I thought they were warming to one another at one stage, whereas when he first arrived, she couldn't stand him.

I'd like to see her have some decent guy.

Eileen is fab but had the life sucked out of her by the fireman boyfriend story. I'm sure it was the mn thread which convinced writers to get rid of him. He was universally hated.

Symphony, Izzy wasn't on the bus because Jake wasn't well.
