I'd miss her and her crimes against cooking and pottery.

Oh I hope she is okay, and that she does come back.
I think she can be so funny, and she is a real mainstay of the Street.

I think she should have a year off and then come back on a fairly limited basis like Emily. It would be a shame for her ( and us) to say goodbye forever.

I haven't seen this rumour anywhere else so maybe it's just speculation. I worry about what has caused her to go off though.

Tonight is the Minibus of Death episode.

So- Tracey-Luv will be involved in a serious accident,and Deirdre will STILL not come back.... after missing her wedding.They really have to re-think the whole problem,it's now beyond ridiculous.

Hilarious! Bet they're fuming. But honestly, look at her, she's clearly a grown woman.

And would it really matter if she had actually looked 14? Which clearly she didn't!

Here's a novel idea.... Why don't they actually find a 14 year old to play her....

What a nightmare though, to get a part like that and lose it in a weekend. Feel so sorry for her really.

I doubt they will but it would be fab if they could cast an Italian in the role seeing as she has lived there most of her life and would have the accent.

I love this! Then again, people often return home with new heads, and nobody even notices .
That is very funny, a twenty five year old surely wouldn't pass as a fourteen year old. I thought even a nineteen year old was pushing it a bit.

It seems that the actress who at 19 was going to be playing 14 year old Bethany is in fact 25!

The 25 year old (who is almost 26) actually looks older than 26. She has wrinkles around her eyes. What were they thinking?

Agree about how ridiculous it is for Deirdre not to come back when Tracey-Luv is involved in a serious accident. Missing her wedding was ridiculous enough, but this is totally totally unbelievable.
