Thanks for your lovely comments guys. That was a lot of fun to write. I haven't had any feedback on my writing since I won a prize for creative writing at school 20 something years ago. I don't have anything else to add to the story right now so I'm looking forward to the next instalment from someone else.

I think a zombie story woul be great SPO, Mansfield could be an undercover zombie, because how could you tell?

spo I think Sohail is an obvious candidate for coming back from the dead and he'd definitely bear a grudge.

And yes I agree, zombies can bring a little je ne sais quoi to literary works. Pride and Prejudice and Zombies certainly gave Elisabeth and Darcy's sparring an extra filip. Some undead bone munching tends to speed up the path of true love.

Also, just to let you all know, I've turned into the giggling-to-themselves-in-an-unnerving-sort-of-way person that you edge away from on public transport. Just thinking about some of the things on this thread makes me laugh out loud to myself, often in inappropriate circumstances...

Spent a nice few hours watching episodes one and two again. I am certain CJ viewing is aiding my recovery, although the blood pressure reading may have gone slightly of the scale again

I enjoyed reading all the threads so far today and love the the fan fiction. Totally agree Orhan that Shohil will make a fantastic zombie.

I've just found a work colleague loitering in the corridoor and managed to get in "Nothing to do?". It does make you feel warm and fuzzy using a CJism to brighten up a boring day!

Hi all. I've managed to work a "There are worse places to be holed up, I guess" to a work colleague as we were discussing what we thought of our current work location (which is actually quite a pleasant place to spend your working hours).

Going home to look at all our budding fanfiction writers. Is anyone going to offer to upload it to the fanfiction website (under a pseudonym)?

I ordered a wireless Bluetooth speaker which arrived today so I can now have my OG soundtrack everywhere I go! Mainly my bedroom as everyone else in the house is fed up with it. I love London Grammer. If anyone has heard of First Aid Kit (sort of similar to London Grammer) they are on R2 Chris Evans breakfast show friday morning. They are really good.

I don't mind uploading the final draft. I'll save everything that's been written and I think I can save it so everyone can read it through Google docs and we can edit where it needs doing.
If I can't do it that way it might need to be emailed but we can figure that out.

Hi. First chance I've had to study these all properly since this morning. What amazing talents are on this thread! From limericks, Cockney rhyming slang and fanfiction to graphs and spreadsheets. What other hidden talents are on here?

Just re-reading our literary works. Don't know what anyone else thinks but I did wonder if we could make two different storylines out of these. Does anyone else have a view?

Hello all - it's a few days since I have posted. Real life means that by the time I have caught up on all the posts I've pretty much runout of time to add anything myself! Loved the limericks, and our very own fanfiction - that's a whole new ball bag!

think I have managed to split the story lines. Shall I post them, see what you think and then follow which one you want to write on?

Yes, if you think it's a good idea. I could definitely see two different storylines emerging.

I keep on wondering if to the outside world we look and sound (read?) as complete bonkers, or if TG is lurking in the shadow and laughing out loud from time to time (careful not to spill coffee)...
I personally feel very at ease, so I hope it doesn't mean I completely lost the plot :-) maybe it just means getting older allows me to be a bit crazier without worrying about others' opinions
