CJ in checked pj bottoms, worn like he wears his belt...Grin (No top please)

Nickel45 · 15/11/2014 17:40

Stop it, trying not to think about it (obviously no top, worn low like his belt!). This isn't helping .....!

snumpy · 15/11/2014 17:44

I have a lovely image in my head now orphan. I agree Nickel, it isn't helping is it. Episode 4 for me tonight Smile

orphan · 15/11/2014 17:47

Just had a quick look at belt pictures for verification purposes, and yes I can confirm, he'd look very good in pj bottoms.

icemist · 15/11/2014 17:52

Very, very good ....

What did he say? (I'm not on twitter).

Richtea19 · 15/11/2014 18:13

Oh how I love checking I after half day and about 3 pages of chat!! Where to start... Has to be CJ in PJ's.... Check, brushed cotton (got to be soft to the touch) low rise..... Showing a glimps of, can't type it too embarrassed !!! But you know what I mean. I'm hot now!

The Fall : teenager babysitter. Odd cause she was opening a bottle of bubbly? All very strange. Teenage Boys are so much easier than girls.

NVM and myself field trip. The girl behind the West Ham desk was about 19? Completely clueless, bless very sweet though. I think she felt pitty on us! Told DH I was meeting MN friend, but didn't divulge planned outing. He was fine and a bonus that NVM wasn't a serial killer, sorry NVM only joking!

Did tell DH when I got home and he wasn't really surprised as knows I am slightly mad! (In a good way):)

Orphan: cross country update,. It was a quagmire.... Pink coat remained pink, however trainers not so good. Nothing that a pack of wet wipes and anti bact hand wash couldn't sort out. DS came sub 40 out of 200 and his club came in first position so all good. Put him on coach home, while DH and I headed "up west" (LT Eastenders talk). Managed to have a little retail therapy and a bottle of wine..... Now home to catch up.

Icemist. Anytime you want to come down I would love to give you a tour. X

icemist · 15/11/2014 18:15

Not said anything - just followed someone and probably cleared all the notifications. He needs to tweet! Anything! Again....

Icemist just been on Twitter and can't find a new post? Was it a re tweet (saying like I know what I'm talking about!)

Richtea19 · 15/11/2014 18:18

Sorry meant Cherin, Hamstead Heath. Wine head!

orphan · 15/11/2014 18:20

richtea I did wonder if when NVM gave you her description to meet, whether it would be "Look out for the 25 stone trucker. I'll be swearing a checked shirt and have combed my beard just for you"Grin
(Apologies, NVM only joking...I know you don't wear checked shirts)

orphan · 15/11/2014 18:26

Am not on twitter but googled to look it up but similarly can't see a new one. Didn't help tho that I typed in Ben Baldridge... (And yes, there is someone called that)

icemist · 15/11/2014 18:30

He was following 191 people when I checked at work. He's following 192 now Blush am not a stalker just remember it

First time I have been able to post today although have been checking in when I can. Given what has been going on I have had terrible thread itch (must really think of a new term!).

First of all NVM and Richtea magnificent work! I have done the virtual tour of the area via street view but getting ' boots on the ground ' must have really brought the whole thing alive.

Have spent most of the day keeping the boys occupied. This included the construction of a full sized replica of a mountain CP at the top of our stairs. This included a large sand bag wall (made out of various pillows/cushions and assorted cuddly toys) and a temporary med centre complete with camp bed.

We ended up having a fairly intense fire fight with me and my youngest at the bottom of the stairs and eldest at the top (using Nerf guns of course!). I got 'jackpotted' by youngest son early on. When I told him we were on the same side and that he had caused a 'green on green' he laughed like a drain. Apparently he thought it was something to do with bogeys!

Other big news is that I fessed up to DW today about my obsession and the thread. She is confused but cool. I really do not deserve her.

cherin · 15/11/2014 20:12

SPO!!!!! You have such an imagination! But I suspect your kids, too ;-) The bogeys made me laugh out loud!! (Last thing I need is introduce further weapons in the fights between my DSs...they are already at it most of the time, only there's big age gap so the most violent and vile is usually the "angelic" little'un.

Congrats for the confession. How long before she'll agree to wear black shorts and red vest? :-)

cherin · 15/11/2014 20:20

(Now that I think about it....whilst at uni I was working like nuts as a baby sitter for my neighbour, and out if practicality I started wearing old cargo trousers of my dad (mountaineering ones, green with plenty of pockets), clarks desert boots, and another superold, semifelted man's jumper. I would do the morning shift from 7 to 8, drop kids off then change into 'civvies' to go to uni. I still miss those trousers, so comfy!! Maybe they were actually cool instead of ridiculous? :-))

Richtea19 · 15/11/2014 20:25

Such imagination SPO, I was useless when boys where younger. Makes the most of Nurf guns, wait until they get BB guns, they hurt!

Eventually our DH's and your DW have to accept us for what we are - addicts. By coming clean and admitting your passion of all things OG and MD is the first step in our addictions. Shall we make up Three Steps to Decompression!

snumpy · 15/11/2014 20:25

Sounds like a fab day SPOfficer. I hope you didn't have the only medic who couldn't stand the sight of blood.

DS is playing a Star Wars game on the Xbox. I told him to "stay focused, stay alert, stay alive". It apparently applies to Jedi's too Grin

Nickel45 · 15/11/2014 21:07

SPO You are a f** top bloke. So impressed you fessed up, and entertained the kids!! If I told my DH he'd think I was mad and take the piss! (And probably delete OG from the Sky box, thinking he was helping me get over my obsession). You must have a very special woman in your life (sorry, just been watching ep 4 while I put the kids to bed, but seeme appropriate).

orphan · 15/11/2014 21:13

Richtea and NVM was wondering if the man at the stadium who was there when they filmed had anything interesting to say about Lacey or Iwan? As our two agents in the field, do you have any further reconnoitres planned?

orphan · 15/11/2014 21:17

SPO Your wife sounds fantastic! Are you sure you can't interest her in CJ?

Richtea19 · 15/11/2014 21:54

Orphan, Grounds Man didn't actually say anything much about the actors, other than where they walked and stood, smurf towards the North Stand (Sir Trevor Brooking Stand) and Molly on centre circle. We didn't really get a lot of time to quiz him, he handed his pass over to accounts girl so we could get on to pitch. Think we were both so excited at that point that forgot to ask any other questions!

Further research: It's got to be Bath! MN Charabanc !

Ilovelblue · 15/11/2014 22:02

Richtea - I'm in Bath in February, or maybe you can't wait that long!

Who was it in one of the previous threads (1 or 2 I think) who found the house they'd used to film? It was on the Crescent or Circle I think. I've been round there a number of times.

Just watching episode 4 again, at the point where Molly goes back to the quarters after finding out that CJ is separated and with a son. Smurf finds her crying and says can he get her a pizza. It makes me laugh every time!
