Great observation scrappydew. It is so iintense when your face is stroked. I love it when he strokes her face in Bath on the bed, makes up for the lack of a kiss.

Monopod. I have some shit days recently (DH being pain in the a....) but I have found such joy from these posts, and at times when I feel like crying I look back at some of our crazy thoughts and can only laugh. I still think my highlight is SPO in the swimming pool, oh and the ironing board cover! Really do want one of those. Maybe I could suggest to DH unless I get one I won't do his ironing!

Ah it would be nice but not holding breath - must have stacks to get through esp if they've been away! It's just a bit of fun...I would hate for him to start feeling pressurised to reply to every little bit of stuff - nice enough just to hope they know their work is being appreciated and noticed

I nearly gave myself a Julius Seizure writing the card - dragged kids to quiet cafe opp post office on way home from school, was in midst of writing all our names when someone spoke to me from over my shoulder. Turns out it was a mum friend. No idea how long she saw me dreaming and smiling to myself...cue blushing and covering card as if caught doing something naughty! Then my 7yo said loudly "Who is that? Ben Aldridge?" Argh.
So I said he's a friend and I'm writing a card for a group of other friends. Omg. No. I don't really believe BA is my personal friend (dream on) - it just sounded less insane than the actual truth lol.

Concert starts at 6.30pm, but will need to get there a bit earlier for glass of something for nerves! NVM and I are going, not sure about anyone else, bring the kids!

I'd bring my big boy-he is nearly 10 and very very sensible...he thinks the face that I have a huge crush on CJ absolutely hilarious! Unfortunately I would also have to bring smallest boy who at nearly 4 is a bit of a live wire and would probably cause absolute carnage in the carol concert. I do not want my first ever meeting with BA to be like that!

Passthesherry - fantastic card. Do you think BA will adore us all for always now? Have had to move into another room to read all the posts, DH asking "what's so fucking funny?" as I keep on bursting out laughing. So far have managed to keep CJ obsession secret which sadly meant very limited OG viewing this weekend. Managed a whizz through the best bits of ep 1 and 2 at lunchtime today though.

DH has come home from work after being away all weekend and kindly offered to try and sort out my malfunctioning DVD as well as the software problems I've run into uploading fanfic onto my kindle. He did give me a very strange ok now I know you've lost the plot look when I told him about the card though..
