DustBunnyFarmer · 03/09/2014 19:46
  • People getting all coy and refusing to own up to how much they went over budget.
upandawayy · 03/09/2014 19:48

Very large windows that cost thousands and then are slightly too big or small

mausmaus · 03/09/2014 20:59

  • at least one large bespoke thing that doesn't quite fit or breaks
  • builder going bust

at the ready with Brew and Cake to build a Tardis

mausmaus · 03/09/2014 21:08

Watching on 15 minute delay. I see the caravan has already been logged. Can we add the low bridge/cement mixer problem as a wild card on our GD bingo card?

DustBunnyFarmer · 03/09/2014 21:31

Ah yes, north Wales site. I am sure this site will more than deliver on the 'rain and more rain' bingo call.

DustBunnyFarmer · 03/09/2014 21:32

Don't spoil me if you're already up to this bit, but I am wondering if the specialist glass panel lorry will fit under the bridge?

TheBogQueen · 03/09/2014 21:32

No money

No money at all

Just £60,000 to spend on kitchen

DustBunnyFarmer · 03/09/2014 21:32
  • Inexperienced (client) project manager - check!
DustBunnyFarmer · 03/09/2014 21:33

Oh, I see getting the steels onto site was a problem. Doesn't bode well for the glass...

WetAugust · 03/09/2014 21:35

where in North Wales us it? It seems to have a castle and seaside town close by

FunkyBoldRibena · 03/09/2014 21:35

Loan from parents to tide them over.

Family having to help with the building works when the budget runs out and there still isn't a roof on.

DustBunnyFarmer · 03/09/2014 21:37

I can't help wondering how the kids feel about their parents jazzing their inheritance on a house which will be unsaleable and may even fall into the sea before their parents pop their clogs, resulting in having granny move in with the kids. (I know no-one is guaranteed an inheritance and the parents can spend their money on what they like, but this seems perversely reckless.)

DustBunnyFarmer · 03/09/2014 21:38

That should have said jizzing. Bloody autocorrect.

DustBunnyFarmer · 03/09/2014 21:39

OK, kids just been really "OK" on camera about the whole thing. Hmmm.

littlewhitebag · 03/09/2014 21:39

Site inaccessible, can't get materials there easily or without additional expense - check!

StrangeGlue · 03/09/2014 21:40

Slagging off very sensible council policies which make absolute sense and making them sound unreasonable just because you want to do something nuts.

WetAugust · 03/09/2014 21:40

These people have really lost touch with reality pouring their money into what us just a folly

DustBunnyFarmer · 03/09/2014 21:45

We've just got to the record storm and even Mr Nuts used the word "folly" himself. DH is astonished at their stupidity. I'm not. This show is full of people with more money than sense.

DustBunnyFarmer · 03/09/2014 21:45

Penny dropping with Mrs Nuts. Uh huh.

WetAugust · 03/09/2014 21:46

is it Criccieth?

spiderbabymum · 03/09/2014 21:47

Walls of glass

Bifold doors

Something cantilevered
