I like Kay Mellor and it has a great cast. Anyone else giving it a go?

OP posts:

I'm really surprised they'd let her deliver baby after just having op!!! It's really bugging me

scaevola · 09/09/2014 21:47

Why the fuck didn't they call security and have him removed. He said he wasn't even call.

weatherall · 09/09/2014 21:48

This is so badly written!

I can't concentrate for all the errors!

It's so ridiculous it's farsical.

I'm remembering why I don't watch much tv anymore.

IScreamForIceCream · 09/09/2014 21:48

Surely if she said she didn't want him there - and he wasn't technically on duty - that he'd have to leave?

FlipFlopWaddle · 09/09/2014 21:49

My arse is that baby a 33 weeker Hmm

juneybean · 09/09/2014 21:49

Ridiculous, would he even be allowed to deliver?!

LaCerbiatta · 09/09/2014 21:49

And these premature babies the size of 3 month old ones!!!

fancyanotherfez · 09/09/2014 21:50

I'm surprised that baby isn't half plank of wood that actor playing the doctor is so terrible! Maybe he's just embarrassed to be on this programme!

KenDoddsDadsDog · 09/09/2014 21:50

Poor Jambo

ohdearitshappeningtome · 09/09/2014 21:50

How the fuck did she manage a ga or her appendix and then a normal delivery mere (minutes) hours later

Where's the baby doc for the prem baby that should have gone nicu

IScreamForIceCream · 09/09/2014 21:51

Did you clock Hermione's giant baby?

Whooshtheyweregone · 09/09/2014 21:52

I had a GA, four hours of abdominal surgery then gave birth a few hours later with a much bigger wound than Vicky's so it does happen!

ohdearitshappeningtome · 09/09/2014 21:59

Awful tonight

LaCerbiatta · 09/09/2014 21:59

So there will be another series then.... with all these lose ends...

NickNacks · 09/09/2014 22:01

I missed what Rosie did in the bathroom- did she throw the MAP down the loo?

girliefriend · 09/09/2014 22:03

Yes Nick obv wanting another baby asap which seems a bit odd.

I had to laugh at the thought of two social workers turning up in the evening over a baby left in a car for 10 mins, yeah cause like they have nothing better to do Hmm

wineoclocktimeye · 09/09/2014 22:03

Yesnicknacks

NickNacks · 09/09/2014 22:04

Thank you Smile

wineoclocktimeye · 09/09/2014 22:05

Really enjoyed the series, but think tonight's episode was the biggest pile of rubbish I've seen in a long time

fancyanotherfez · 09/09/2014 22:07

Yes because being a teenage single mother is so fab that the can't wait to do it again!

FabulousFudge · 09/09/2014 22:07

The bit where she went to read the newspaper was so ridiculously contrived.

HoneywithLemon · 09/09/2014 22:08

What a load of old shit. One cliche after another, way too many storylines to develop any of them properly, and labours at the speed of light. Crap from start to finish, that's six hours of my life I'll never get back, thank you Kay Mellor.

Southeastdweller · 09/09/2014 22:12

How come you watched 'a load of old shit' for the entire series, Honey? Confused

Veritata · 09/09/2014 22:14

Honey, if you stuck with it right through the whole six hours you can't have thought it was that crap.

Southeastdweller · 09/09/2014 22:15

The Rosie character's just lost her mother, her dad is still in hospital, she's lonely and has had help with raising her daughter and knows little about being a teenage single mother...I can understand why she'd want to get pregnant again so soon.
