Oh I just saw it. I wanted to say how bloody brill it is to see wrong side of 40 women with sweated off make-up on primetime tv. Marvellous. Women get older shock. Hold the front page. And I thought Susannah was very gracious in her response to John's dropping of her spring roll. He was an idiot.

I thought it was the inside of Susannah's mouth that looked all black - like she'd been gargling with squid ink or something.

However, am trying not to be horrible; it was just a bit weird. And I really liked the fact that she had lines around her eyes the way actual real women do when we get to the wrong side of 40.

Jodie Kidd is lovely. All coltish like a pony and seems very normal and self-effacing.

I luffs Michel Roux too. And all because of a ruddy potato that absolutely no-one associates with him at all. So ridiculous when every time we see Linekar on the Beeb everyone immediately thinks of Walkers crisps!!

And Marcus was positively putrid to contestants in earlier episodes (in non-constructive purely evil way) and then had obviously watched himself on telly being a tit (or his PR agent did) and came back on in later episodes all falsely smiley in order to re-establish himself - yurgh
