DH uses his pressure cooker all the time. He does food that needs long cooking very quickly, it really does work. The right two were chosen IMO. Just caught up ready for tomorrow

I have never used a pressure cooker either, I don't "do" cooking, just eating! DH loves his and his Thermomix.

Amazingly the beet root 3 ways thing was nice. It was beet root parfait, chocolate and beet root cake and some other beet rooty thing.
