Oh, you'd be amazed what you can put on a stick if necessary.

Any mince can be formed into meatballs on sticks/kebabs. Chunks of meat can be stuck in sticks. Veg can be stuck on sticks (raw or cooked). Fruit can be stuck on sticks. Butter beans can be served on sticks.

If you can't serve it on a stick, it can almost certainly be served inside bread.
