Unless something goes terribly terribly wrong for one of the others, Chad is the one that stands out as being weakest.

Jack is aiming pretty high I think.

There have been a lot of Northern Irish chefs this series.

Yesterday's episode felt like a Scottish regional heat.

Iles flottantes is my absolute favourite. Agree cremola, definitely needs toasted almonds.

What is it with the foam?? It looks like the chef finished the dish by spitting on it!
