I'm still stupidly excited about the 'new' Troughton episodes, but just to add to the fun, Watch are showing some seriously classic episodes today from 2pm. Any else watching? And what are you looking forward to as we approach the anniversary episode and beyond?

Another Trailer on BBC2 just now for Thursday at 9pm the science of dr who with prof Brian 'amazing' Cox!!

DD1 was hugging the TV and jumping about like a lunatic at the DR Who trailer

...but rose is badwolf rose? (She enunciates!) which would make 10 not necessarily 10.5

..but I thought 10.5 would be tubby and balding and have this inexplicable wanderlust, that he couldn't fulfil with rose at home with baby Sarah Jane...

I suggested to ds that when we go to the cinema for the 50th episode he might like to take the Fez dh bought him. Or wear the Tom Baker scarf (dh's prized possession from childhood - he was wearing it when met Tom Baker. Aged 8. Dh, not TB.)

He gave me a look. The look of a child in Year 6 who is rapidly turning into a teenager embarrassed by his parents...

My DH is going to the cinema, and taking the children with him. I'm very pleased at this, as I get to enjoy a lovely day out Christmas shopping with my mum and won't have to hurry back either
