As it says really - the old thread is nearly full, so here's a continuation for those of us watching on C4 on Sundays. Please, no spoilers - not even vague ones!

robot, something that has come up a few times is that some of the "revs" seem able to change/manipulate oter people eg Victor "persuaded" Julie not to call police. serge "persuaded" Lucy not to run away, Lucy "persuaded" people to shag her when they seemed initially reluctanct. So Serge could have "persuaded" Lena not to resist his advances maybe?

And what is it with the two candle theme? (olivia, there were two pairs on the table at the paramedic lady's house, there's your four!)

I think the two candle theme is just more stuff about doubles like reflections in the water. I still have no idea what the significance of it is though!

People seem oddly accepting about the power situation. If that happened in the UK it would have hit the papers with at least a few journos jumping up and down about why it hadn't been sorted out sooner.

Oh, never noticed the candles. So you think there's two per person, hence 4 this time. Hmmm.

Been wondering if the fairy Victor was looking for was Lucy? He found Julie very close to where Lucy would have been if Serge hadn't attacked her. They look a bit similar too. Lucy seems to have arrived with a mission, she fastened on to Camille's Dad when she heard about the bereavement.

I did wander around the Canal+ website for a bit but didn't find any of the extras and nobody murdered me . Have given up, though because I don't want spoilers I think

WTF is Pierre playing at? Seems like he's trying to get all the Returned up to his retreat? He gives me the creeps...

The Zombies in the woods was sooo creepy might be all the kids returning.

As for Lena well if your sister returned from the dead, your boyfriend was flirting with her, you grew a massive scar on your back. You would probably think you was tripping anyway so shagging a good looking zombie in my book would be fine. Good on ya girl !!

If the water from the dam is flooding the graveyard and resurrecting people, then surely everyone buried there will return? It doesn't explain why Victor returned 4 years earlier though. Has he been around all that time? And Serge, has he returned before? Was he a returnee when he attacked Julie? In that case why did it take him so long to return again? Where did Lucy come from if she's also a returnee? I still can't work out what's going on!

Serge stopped wanting to eat Lena and shagged her when she put his mother's dress on.

If the returned all start decaying like Victor do you think they'll eventually turn into more standard human-eating zombies?

At the beginning the engineers said the power would never return, and then seemed to get the hell out of there sounded as if the dam was flooding it silently and slowly...would this not be a matter of national interest, press coverage etc...

Lucy is clearly ' a bit of a goer' who gets it on with the living and the dead, a link between the two worlds...

I think i am goung to feel massively let down if it ends up as a zombie type fest, i thought it was much subtler than that, but the folk in the forest suggest it might be so... Still wondering about the lack of any real colour, everything so muted and pale... Am convinced that the whole village is somehow dead..

Yes, I'd noticed that about the lack of colour, too, although last night Adele's daughter had a bright red cardigan on.... Is that significant, or am I just reading too much into things now?? Lord only knows.

I also thought it was a big coincidence that police woman's house where Victor and Lucie are now seems to be next door to the Helping Hand.
Because that's Victor saw Adele's daughter on the trampoline.
