I just dont understand why Lena was ready to stab serge one minute, and shagging him the next and why didn't she call out when Toni was at the door. Was she not in the least bit concerned about being in a strange cabin at the top of the mountain.

Ooh it's great, two eps to go and we STILL have no idea what's going on! A few things I reckon/wonder:

Yep, it's pretty clear Simon was topped off, probably by Thomas. But why, pure jealousy over Adele?

Why has Serge stopped wanting to eat Lena, then started wanting to shag her, then actively looking out for her/letting her leave?

Ok, so Esteban's parents are willing to go and meet their son. My DH thinks that was stupid (senseless) and I found myself playing devil's advocate.
