WIMBLEDON - 2013- Second Set!

Thought we'd have a new thread for today.

It is raining cats and dogs (technical term) here in theNorth West- I am not very hopeful of a full days play at Wimbledon. but fingers crossed. The weather bloke last night today would be 'Frustrating Friday'in terms of play. Fond of alliteration, those Wimbledon types.

FRIDAY ORDER OF PLAY

As I thought,Robson has had an up-grade from court 2 to centre, which should give her a boost.

Good show for Laura.... Managed to do all the ironing throughout that match as well....

She is playing in the doubles later today around dinner time weather permitting.

She could have made the first set a little less tense for us but a straight sets win, well I won't complain

Am now watching Ferrer, who has finally got a break for this set.

I'm going to need 2 TV's this weekend aren't I. One set to wimbledon and the other set to glastonbury.

Dh has gone to the dentist. I'm trying to be sympathetic, but his moans of agony are putting me off watching

I do not understand why they are bothering to open the roof.

As to play starting earlier on Centre & Court 1 (it's 11.30am on all other courts) the reason is down to the corporate boxes who can't/won't finish their lunches before one pm (and not always than). Bloody daft.

Ohhh, is it that magi? I always thought it was Tv scheduling? But I suppose it snot because we have the red button now and it is on BBC2 from about 11.30, isn't it?
