Actually, I know someone who worked for Mel B, and apparently she was endlessly charming, had time for everyone, and was incredibly generous and polite.

It will be built up for the final audition with the big sob story/dead grandparents/hamster etc and Mel b will finally say she likes something = tears all round!_
