Can I join?! I was preggers last year and didn't even know mumsnet existed. If mel b is on tonight I think my hairdressers cousin is on! Mel b was a right beyatch to him and the crowd all booed her! Soo glad louis still there!

I certainly do! The salon was rife with speculation if he may be brought back as a "wildcard" as they spent lots of time interviewing him. He raps, sings and beatboxes AND is easy on the eye (so I'm told!)

Ooh I'll join in the thread too, I love the x factor. it does kind of make me think that winters coming...... But in the meantime i Might have to watch on sky + later as we are still all outside in the paddling pool and about to fire up the BBQ

there was someone on here the other year whose sister got to the finals, wasn't there. She was good, but ended up in a cobbled together girl group, iirc.

Will be interesting to see which way Lidl muffins follow up singles will go- Leon, Joe, Matt the hat, all failed miserably. By contrast, some runners up have been quite successful, like JLS.

I have vodka in the freezer, and dd2 is making me watch the Wizard of Oz...

it's the hottest day of the year (apparently)- but yes, like the Coca Cola advert, XFactor makes me think of Christmas and winter!

It's warm here, but, yes, XFactor is cold winter.
I order takeaway, but bake during the day and give the takeaway guy home baking.
I suffer from SAD, but have white lights everywhere which help.

I have started my christmas shopping so I'm fine with x factor being on

I hope there a few amazing auditions this time and a bit less of the weird ones. Though, I suppose, the voice was like that and it was utterly boring.

Bea- I think the singer was called Graziella(sp)- but can't remember the poster's name. She was really good...it was a few years ago, now. Come's around so quick, does X-factor but it does take up a quarter of the year
