Mind you none of the pies look that great.

Agree Ryan is in and Manisha is out. Was quite funny watching Cathryns face fall when her pie got judged.

I think I would have almost cried as well if Paul and Mary said my pie tasted crap!

FYI: no decent American baker would make a sweetcrust pastry on any of those pies. Pie pastry is flour, butter (or shortening), salt and cold water. In fact, none of those pies look American at all and it's driving me mad! And why have they used tart pans instead of pie pans? None of the pies have a top crust or crumble...have these people never seen a Martha Stewart magazine? I may have to write a letter of complaint to the BBC for their defaming of American pies.
