Apparently willy got to carry the torch because he has a deal with coca cola. He gets their surplus plastic and he has a factory that recycles it into clothes for African children.

Producers must be furious with the outcome - bet they're longing for the days when they could just fiddle the result to get what they wanted.

Do coca cola help fund that process? Cos it sounds like a mighty good deal for them - association with helping African children and Will.He.Be for the cost of some off cuts. If they don't fund it I'd wonder why he doesn't use some of the mountains of recycled waste plastic instead?
