cant believe we're on series 6 already, what will i do with my life when it ends

The romanoacene has deffo been cut. Maybe cos its being shown in the daytime,but then lots of ER is pretty gory.

Yes, now you mention it, there must have been a cut - this time around you were actually a little confused about what happened. Why is he on the ground? where is the blood from?

But, tbh, I often peer out from behind my fingers anyway, to avoid the worst of the gore!

It was deffo cut, just watched the original on you tube.
Will have to show it to dd cos she didnt habe a clue what had happened to his arm. Agree it was poorly cut and edited

It was quite graphic and makes a lot more sense...

He is a lovely character. I don't remember him from the first time I watched, is this another character who I am going to get attached to and they then die?! :(

Just watching the first episode from Africa which I haven't seen before. Nearly in tears. Powerful stuff.

Yeah, it really is :( I got a bit confused as I thought it was longer than one episode but then Carter was on his way back home but now I've seen the first episode of season 10 it makes more sense as now I remember that he goes back there and we see what happened to Luka in the meantime...

Why is it now 2 episodes a day? It was going to fast anyway, but now i feel like im rushing through it.

It's strange they've doubled up though I've just started maternity leave so suits me. The Romano death scene was better than I remembered. I find the Africa ones a bit dull.

I had COMPLETELY forgotten about Romano's death scene! Just had to go and watch it on Youtube...wonder what he did to piss off the God of helicopters?

Ooo, I was just thinking about resurrecting this thread after the Romano death scene, it was brilliant (in the nicest possible way :o)! Loved Pratt's comment - 'he must've really pissed off a helicopter in a former life' :o

I'm quite happy that it's gone onto 2 episodes a day, I'm now up to stuff I didn't see before, so am eager to see how everything unfolds :)

Me too Avada - the whole helicopter accident took me completely by surprise and I remembered none of it. Felt a bit sorry for old Rocket Romano in the end. I'm a bit annoyed at the 2 episodes a day now - I have to go off on the school run at 3 so I miss one. Can't see me sitting through 10 episodes on a Saturday to catch up!

I liked Romano as a character. I know I'm going to sound stupid but I didn't realise he was actually dead until reading this. I'm watching the one where they have a service for him and expecting him to come back as it didn't seem like a big enough deal that he died!

That nurse with the son gets on my nerves. It's really not as good as it used to be. Don't like the characters as much and it's not as poignant. Still enjoy it though.

When does Luka get back together with Abbey?

I think this is when it started to go downhill, but i still watched to the end snyway.

I never liked Sam, and am dreading the Carter/Kem stuff i didnt like her either, or how Carter changed.

Aww, I've put this much effort into watching so far, am I going to be disappointed from now on?! :(

I don't like Sam either, she's just really annoying And the Carter/Kem stuff doesn't really seem 'real'... Carter was such a fun character and now he's gone all moody and worthy. And his beard is pissing me off.

Don't worry there's still lots of good stuff to come :) don't give up!!

TBH, I'm sticking with it whatever you lot tell me, I'm hanging out for the final episode when I've heard Doug and Carol are coming back :o (My all time favourite TV couple apart from Joey and Pacey )

Lifeofkate...Joey and Pacey are my all time favourite couple as well!! Have been known to spend a couple of hours on youtube watching Joey/Pacey vids!

There's loads of good stuff left to come in ER...Ray and Neela especially!
