What a pile of absolute crap

Have just switched it off, bored

It's drab. Still watching though.

Amazing how they can all be so very serious and pompous about a load of nothingness.

Fashion people are fucking weird.

Meglet · 23/02/2011 22:39

India has got more brain cells than the lot of them put together.

Meglet · 23/02/2011 22:41

they think this is work.

cybilliberty · 23/02/2011 22:43

Have we seen 'India' yet? (apart from her card)

the way they were talking about this girl, who we dont know, trying to make it so dramatic. Bad documentary making

ifancyashandy · 23/02/2011 22:46

I think it's fabulous sweetie!

JeremyVile · 23/02/2011 22:46

Yes, she's talking about being in 'a fog', couldnt think straight etc...still not clear though I reckon she continued with the modelling.

Meglet · 23/02/2011 22:46

they had a 'talking head' from her. Seems like her head was screwed on unlike the rest of the nit-wits.

JeremyVile · 23/02/2011 22:51

So weird that clothes, a basic necessity, has been taken over by this made up, self important industry.

I might make up a big industry around toilet roll. We'll guffaw the rest of you and the plebby nature of the paper you use and we'll talk to each other in a very serious yet basically vacuous way and in this way convince ourselves that we are super important.

Best thing is I reckon we'll get away with it.

ifancyashandy · 23/02/2011 22:55

But clothes / fashion are FUN!

I adore everything to do with it. I work in a similar field and it's a fantastic way to earn a living - it's fun!

JeremyVile · 23/02/2011 22:55

God, they're such fucking parasites.

If they really cared as much as they pretend to then they'd respect her decision to leave.

And the 'working with teenagers' line Hmm its ok while it allows them to exploit kids but a put down when the 'kids' stop doing as they're told.

Urgh.

JeremyVile · 23/02/2011 22:56

Yes, clothes can be fun.

These people are SO not fun.

southeastastra · 23/02/2011 22:57

bum missed it - models are boring these days though so not too bothered

ifancyashandy · 23/02/2011 22:57

Yeah they are! They give great parties!

And she's going home. Don't think I missed a gun being held to her head!

MarshaBrady · 23/02/2011 23:00

It is so dull! Dull work, smoking outside the office. blah blah

StableButDeluded · 23/02/2011 23:02

The staff are all vile-they 'scouted' her when she was just 12 for god's sake, they pushed her towards modelling-now they've sent her off to New York on her own at 16 and have the temerity to moan about the cost of the phone calls and all the effort they've put in to getting her this far when the poor girl has the collywobbles.

India herself comes across as a lovely, down to earth girl-good for her for deciding to keep her options open.

cybilliberty · 23/02/2011 23:02

I'm looking forward to next weeks documentary about the Tax Returns Office

OP posts:
MarshaBrady · 23/02/2011 23:04

haha. people are pretty shit about young models. Unless they are a name or something. Otherwise it's all egh arms too big etc

and the people saying it are usually unattractive type buggers too

StableButDeluded · 23/02/2011 23:05

Why did her parents let her go on her own? Did they say at the start? (I missed about 10 mins)

ifancyashandy · 23/02/2011 23:05

Her parents would have been massively involved in the decision.

She decided to stop.

No-one's suing her.

All's well I'd say....

cybilliberty · 23/02/2011 23:05

Apparently she was determined to do it by herself

I think thats terrible, aged 16

OP posts:
MaryAnnSingleton · 23/02/2011 23:05

that crying woman is hugely irritating as is the smoke ridden boss woman

MarshaBrady · 23/02/2011 23:05

they should have picked up that cigarette butt thrown on the street

ifancyashandy · 23/02/2011 23:06

I love the fact that so many watched till the end.

Despite being bored!

StableButDeluded · 23/02/2011 23:10

They're all 'Oh god, I'm like soooo depressed' I'm like *sooooooo stressed' blah blah whatever

cybilliberty · 23/02/2011 23:11

I gave up fancyashandy

Fixed cameras in an office do not a documentary make

Zzzzzzz
