I just came here to start this thread if you hadn't! VERY excited - been too long without Mitchell :)

For all you Mitchell fans, Aidan Turner is starring in the biopic of Hattie Jacques this week. Its on bbc4 on Wed I think.

Yay! Wonderful though I have to say I'm not Mitchell fan, I like the wolf boy much more, he's funty!

Do you think I will pick it up if I have never watched it? The trailers look fab.

I am now concerned about wolf babies. Also, unsure about the whole Annie/Mitchell thing - seems a bit twee to me but hoping they'll handle it properly.

How brilliant were Lacey Tuner and Robson Green?

Really, really liked the werewolf father and son storyline.

Arf at George being arrested for dogging. "No funny stuff here. Go to Swansea for that."

Totally over all the vampire angst. Mitchell should have just turned round and said to his girl victim "I'm a vampire, I kill people. Get over it."

Oh yes, and Nina and George are definitely going to have puppies!

Bloody loved it. Thought it was top notch! Defo puppies on the way or something. Maybe Mitchell will die this season? Aidan Turner is off filming The Hobbit in New Zealand so surely he will be away for ages. Might make his Being Human filming commitments hard to manage . . . . . Just saying like! Don't kill me!

The Guardian's Mad Men blog was awesomely good, and had loads of insight. Not sure this is quite up to that standard, but still OK.

Loved this first episode. Found the Paul Kaye character really chilling. But I notice the blog says it was a twist to find that he was a vampire, but I'm sure his eyes went black, just for a second, when he was in the van, before they went off to get Robson Greene, so I already thought he was.

yes -his eyes def did go black early on . The Being Human facebook page had a photo of him last week where they said he was Vincent a twisted vampire - so wasn't going to be that much of a twist if you'd seen it .
