Starts this week in the US but airs here on Tuesday, 5th October 2010 at 10pm on sky 1. Will Olivia make it back from the other side??? Will it be any easier to understand?? Do we really care as long as Peter is featured prominently along with regular cow appearances which I felt were seriously lacking in the second half of season 2 Grin

I watched an interview with Josh Jackson who implied that this season is all about Olivia and Walter and that the writers are trying to get us to "understand" the Fauxlivia and Walternate so that when the inevitable conflict comes, the viewer will be torn as to which "team" we want to win. They have obviously underestimated the fact that we will be rooting for Peter and the cow rather than anyone else.
Watching first ep tonight after Apprentice last night...

Love it. Like the idea of exploring Fauxlivia and Walternate - and are the baddies really bad? Does different = bad?

Of course any storyline featuring Peter and the cow and Afro Astrid will take precedence for me...

Olivia is my hero and watching the episodes (most of them are filmed in Canada / Vancouver I think) makes me homesick, even though I can't really remember it, apart from the clear skies and the mountains in the distance... Ah...

I made dh keep sky for House, Dexter and Fringe!

I like the episode, but though it was slow at least I could understand it. It was good the way they showed the treatment slowly working with Olivia.

Here is a question...does Fauxlivia have Liv's powers ? They were obviously brought up differently.

Grin The chemistry between Walter and Peter is great. I wonder if this series will be more storyline focused rather than individual episodes ripping off x-files before going back to the overall storyline. Unfortunately I am finding Fauxlivia as bland as Olivia.

Yes, Fauxlivia is a total bitch. She has to get caught out soon though. I hope.

That head explosion was possibly one of the worst things I've seen on TV.

I think because this Walter is lovely and William Bell was upset by what he had created on the other side, so couldn't trust Nina. Well that's my theory.

We don't know what Nina got.....so maybe she gets to run MD but Walter is sole shareholder?? They would have to work together then. I got the impression Nina and Bell were v close, even at the end.

I do not like Fauxlivia at all. Want Peter to hurry up and realise it's not the same version (in fact I'm slightly cross he didn't realise straight after the first kiss...)Thinking that if he doesn't realise soon, his realtionship with Original Olivia is not going to be healthy if she thinks he's been snogging her evil alter-twin without knowing the difference. Next week back on the other side again, which means another cow and Peter-less episode Sad.
