Not only did I surf Saturday but I had a no booze Sunday. Am currently having a fag though!

Lots of ppl and work told me I looked nice today... was wearing some of the spoils of my shopping binge on Thursday and my face has def lost about 5 years.

So awkward that I can't actually tell anyone why the sudden change. A clean week has never motivated me like this before. I think the Elemis is doing the trick too tbh

My face could do with losing 5 years. It's looking positively elderly lately.

Not sure I can reverse all the years of partying but I've been dabbing some serum on the crow's feet "laughter lines".

Thanks lost it really is. I was sneaking lines in 3 Times a week and feeling shite. No massive binges but regular sneaky topping up.

I think sometimes I feel compelled to go back to it Ponz just to remind myself why it doesn't work for me anymore. If that makes any sense at all.
Occasionally I'll think I'm doing so well, I don't have a problem with it anymore and can get away with the odd dabble. I don't know, it's bloody difficult this being clean lark. Don't lose faith in yourself

Serum is a face life saver lost, however after 2 lines in my head I'm still 23! Slightly more expensive than serum and MY FACE the next day looks like the turin shroud.

Well done cleaning. Had the shittest day at work and found myself having euphoric recall this eve. If I’d had done I would’ve taken it or scored it if I could. All in response to feeling fucked over by a Work mate and then reacting like a twat myself.

I think we all need to remind ourselves of the bonuses of staying sober. I like going to bed feeling properly tired and not feeling like I've been hit over the head with a sledge hammer in the morning.
